They make it very difficult to end their services - I had to speak with five different people in order to terminate my contract. All of those people tried to convince me to keep the contract and then would transfer me to another person when I continued to say I wanted to end services. Made a rather stressful situation smooth and easy. Both the office staff & the technicians have good communication skills speak clearly so that you can understand the process.very timely as well.
