I was a loyal customer of American Pest Management from 2011 to 2024, across three different homes. That’s over a decade of uninterrupted service, consistent payments, and great interactions with their technicians, who I want to be clear are absolutely excellent. Every one of them was professional, courteous, and did great work. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative side of the business, which has gone drastically downhill since the company was bought out around 2020. Wh

I’m so disappointed in the inflated estimate they provided. It cost me $250 to even come out for bats in our attic., They wanted us to pay approximately $18000.00 for this service. They gave me two estimates. One for minimal treatment and one for more extensive service, then added on a charge from the 1st estimate that didn’t carry over from the minimal service. We were the ones to catch that. So it was even more expensive 2nd expensive service. The man that came out only went up to the top

Horrible experience would be an understatement... I scheduled an appointment not only did they show up late for the appointment but since they were late I was no longer there at my house because I do have a job. They did the outside ONLY but charged me for the entire thing. Then when I said Ill pay it but was done with there service they said I couldn't cancel it because I signed an agreement. I told them to check on the agreement because I didn't sign anything like that. Come to find out no ag
