New to south KC—house had bugs and pests. A friend referred me to Tri County and glad they did. Called Mark and he talked me through process and how to fix it. Pests under control and haven’t had a bug in the house since. They are always courteous and responsive. Even sent someone out same day. Highly recommend.

Same day service! I called about a yellow jacket infestation this morning and before 2:00 this afternoon Mark was on site and taking care of the problem which he correctly identified as digger bees. We’ve been Tri-County customers for 7 or 8 years. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

Great company - the employees are polite, respectful of our property, professional and patient answering questions. They were on time, explained what they were going to do and got right to work. I was able to get a same day appointment and we were seeing dead wasps within an hour of them leaving. I highly recommend Tri County Termite and Pest Control.

They sent over a super nice guy named Jordan, he kept coming back until he felt that my mice problem wouldn’t be a big problem anymore. He was super nice willing to communicate via pens and pencils so that was very helpful! Would highly recommend this place!
