Don’t go to them!! Waste of time and money!!! Called to have them spray my house to treat pest. When they came, he was very respectful and was in and out. They told me over the phone that they were spray everything, he sprayed little to nothing saying he didn’t wanna ruin my furniture. They Proceeded to tell me after 14 days if I didn’t see changes call again. Called and told me I didn’t listen to instructions which was a lie and then told me I would have to pay additional 150. They told me they were coming on a specific day and never showed up and left voicemails and didn’t get a call back.

They are the best! Been using them for over 25 years 😀

Great prices and friendly service

We were refinancing our house that we bought 3 years ago. The finance company wanted a copy of the pest warranty. So we called Piper Pest to get it. They said it will be X amount of hundreds of dollars. We paid them. Come to find out two days later there is only a couple of months left on the warranty. We called back to get a retreat or cancel, move that money from the warranty to go towards a retreat with a all new warranty. They won't do that. They took a full 10 year warranty payment from us for a warranty that expires in 4 months. The warranty won't cover a retreat. They told us this is all we need. Buyer beware!
