I have had a contract with Young Termite and Pest Control since 2016. My most recent termite inspection and treatment was conducted on 16 October, 2024. Today, one week later, workmen discovered live termites and termite damage to my home. Young responded by "treating" the affected areas, but they will take no responsibility for the damage not detected by their technician.

Jordan/technician arrived a few minutes early & was professional, courteous, sweet demeanored. He maneuvered wth experience & efficiency. Simply a delightful "Young" man! Jordan communicated up front what he'd be doing, where he would start, etc (termite inspection & pest spray on 2 homes). A breath of fresh air!

Great customer service. Quick and timely arrived on time very kind and provided excellent service. The owner Dustin was very helpful and friendly and took care of my termite problem in a timely manner.

They were supposed to do a termite inspection before we bought our house. They didn’t bother to look around anything the previous owners still had in the house. Less than a year later my fire place is destroyed from termites that have been here way longer than we have. We saw the soft spot while moving in but didn’t think anything of it. I opened it up to find the damage.

I always use this company for pest control once a year. We always have a big wasp infestation and they always do a great job eliminating them. The workers are always super sweet and knowledgeable.

John came to inspect my house for termites he was AMAZING!!! He was nice and didn't make it awkward, it was great to have someone with his respectfulness and courtesy in my house! Definitely recommend them 1000%
