As for the effectiveness of the bug spray, it far exceeded our expectations, living on a lake has been such a challenge for our previous pest companies. So, We bought a house last year and the previous owner didnt mention about clover mites. since I have a bad fear of bugs we had exterminators come out to access and treat those mites but didn't provide much information about where or why they are coming in. they just sprayed. of course the treatments didn't go well since we started seeing them this year again I was really upset and frustrated then we heard about this company and decided to get the service. and Brandon(sorry if it's wrong name haha) came out during the night because I was so desperate so i talked to him on the phone and he said he would come by himself to treat, show us, and explain why they are coming in which no other company could nor cared. super duper nice and sweet. actually listens to your problems and provide a peace of mind. also he is committed helping you and very knowledgeable in his line of work. if I could give him and this company a higher review I would. I have been very desperate and depressed because of this issue but once he came I felt so much better. seriously go for this company if you have any pest issues. you will not regret it!!!! :) Thank you so much!!!!!!!💕

He didn't just give me a quote over the phone, but actually came and inspected before determining what needed to be done. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his services.

We have had a great experience with Serve ICT! They have helped us for nearly a year with residential pest control and after a poor experience with two companies, we can say that we wouldn’t choose anyone else. Brandon and Brad have been great to meet our pest control needs. They are thorough, kind, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and we have seen the amount of bugs decrease in our home. We wondered if it was an issue with our home, but now we know it was about having the right company helping us. We are thankful!

Brandon showed up unhappy to be at work. Was argumentative from the moment he arrived and left without performing a spray. When I called the number provided to speak with someone else? Brandon answers on a cell phone! No accountability. Would happily pay more for a company of more than one person with greater accountability. Strongly do not recommend. EDIT: In response the company's misleading reply, I should caution other consumers that the treatment checklist includes items not included by other pest control companies that have effectively treated for me in the past. They are items that multiple other companies refuted the necessity of in my calls today. This was not the biggest issue, however, as Brandon's personal conduct was the most egregious offense. The gentleman showed up with a bad attitude and made immediate and repeated allusions to having a busy day and wanting to leave. Behavior not becoming of a professional - let alone management.
