Adrian was GREAT! He was so friendly, informative, and helpful. He explained what he was going to do, told me about some services that are included that I didn’t know about, and was just so thorough. It was a breath of fresh air and I’m thankful that this company took over our old pest control company, The customer service is unmatched. Great job, Plunkett’s! Was great when it was McKenzie Pest Control. We had Ethan taking care of us and couldn't have been better. Then Plunketts bought them out and service went way down. Our technician refused to communicate with us and wouldn't show up when we did have a service scheduled. I'd rather live with the bugs then have terrible service like that. One star seems too generous

I wouldnt recommend those guys if u have termites. Those centricon bait stations dont do any good. I bought a house in Neosho rapids last year. Previous owner use this company and they install those bait stations last year in August. Darren with Flinthills pest control find termites in crawlspace today and treat it with tramador.
