Loyalty Means Nothing to this Business! Been a customer for over 10 years. Never cancelled in over 10 years and have always been flexible when they needed to move time or reschedule. Woke up very sick the morning of the service and they would not allow me to reschedule. Plus it was pouring rain so they would be unable to complete the service today anyway!

Disappointed in the lady on the phone. Poor customer service and VERY unprofessional. Accused a family member of not paying her bills, after tech wrote out how much was due and 2 different checks were paid to this company with the exact amount the tech stated was due at the time of service. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The false accusations from the operator are completely uncalled for. Based on prior ratings of this operator, that should have been red flag #1🚩
