Brad and his team have been so great to have for our 3 rentals that we own at Bridges Bay the past 3 years! He always gets to the job as quickly as he can and his pricing is very fair. He most recently answered my call on Christmas Day to check on our heat at our cabin because it wasn’t working when renters arrived. I would highly recommend Reliable Property Maintenance!

Brad has helped out recently with a couple of issues at our cabin in Bridges Bay. He does a great job of finding solutions and is sensitive to costs. Since we live elsewhere it’s awesome to have someone to trust in the area when the inevitable problem arises.
