I don't write reviews as a rule. But I have to break that rule because of being scammed by this man. Do. NOT. Purchase. Services. He will come the first time to get your money but not honor what he says he will do. I have tried so many times to get him to just do what he said he would do and what we paid for, to no avail. So many opportunities given before getting to the point where my last recourse is to write a review to help others. I consider this stealing people's money.

I texted Fred on a Saturday to come out and look at a problem and he texted me back first thing Monday morning. Got him in to look at problem on Tuesday and he was back Thursday for a termite treatment. He was professional and definitely knew his stuff.

We had AllPro come out 4 years ago to do bat remediation. We were supposed to have a multi year warranty. He came back one time and after that was completely unresponsive and never showed up again. We still have bats and I would never recommend this service. I have noticed in his previous responses to other customers that they have not left a message or contacted him. What a joke! It’s pretty difficult to leave a message when your voicemail is constantly full. I have texted and called many times without response. We now have to find another service to take care of what should have been taken care of with his contract.

Looks like I should have read these reviews prior to hiring. I had a quote from some other bat people for $2600.00 and no warranty. Fred gave me a $750 and a 5 year warranty. He did the work (or so I thought) promptly. He seemed to be in a hurry to get paid, so I got him his check ASAP. Continued to hear bats a couple of weeks later, he said it would take a while....well it has been 2 years..... Have had continuous issues with bats, and have contacted him on 3 separate occasions and he has NEVER been back out. The warranty is a farce. Untrustworthy. Do not use.
