Prime Time Pest Control

We had been fighting our flea issue for over a month in our home and finally called it quits and decided to call in professional help. We’ve never had fleas so bad, but it was out of our control now as the bites were on us too instead of our animals. Eric was super quick at responding at first, and scheduling not only the 1st treatment but the 2nd treatment and very flexible as well at those times. We did follow the rules for before and after - 10 days later we haven’t seen any but still decided to still do the recommended 2nd treatment to be 100% sure. 2 weeks after the 2nd treatment we come to find out that we still had the fleas, Eric did go above and beyond and caulk our basement window better thinking they were coming back in through there and spraying our basement yet again but no other floors. A month later, He has turned angry and aggressive towards me. Understanding he is over the situation that we still have them and he has exhausted all of his thoughts. They yes have become less but the basement still has a great infestation. He told me he moved everything possible in the basement where they could be and now he tells me he didn’t. I would recommend him for a small infestation, but not a large out of control one.

I recently bought a new construction house and have giant spiders and construction bugs that have never had a thing to worry about living here. I have used the at home spray from lowes to to get rid of these things. But no luck. So I call prime time to help me out. I get in contact with Eric. He tells me he can come out on Sunday July 31st 0800 to do a spray and no big deal. Sunday morning comes around I get a text. (This is important because this is the first text, and establishes our texting chain). He tells me he was in a 4 hour call with bats and he’s going to go home and asks if he can re-schedule for Monday August 1 same time. I say of course. I understand. Monday morning there is a storm and he texts saying it will all wash away. Wanna do the next day Tuesday same time? I respond sure. I won’t be home. But my girlfriend will. No worries. Just come on by. They never show up. I text him on Wednesday. So Thursday? You guys never showed up? He said who is this I service a lot of people. So I call him. He ignores my call. Never calls me back. I’ve invested a week at this time. So I ended up using someone else.

Eric is a real pest professional. We recently had him treat our yard for mosquitoes because of the abundance of rain this spring we had more of them then ever. One treatment with his big fogger unit and I haven’t been bit yet.

We contacted them for our pest problem and I have to say that they are by far the best help EVER! They not only treat, but help by giving tips and things to get to help with your pest problem. They deserved 5 star review and any more problems in the future with pests I know who we will be contacting!

I called Eric because we were having an issue with ants in our home. He said no problem I can come spray for them so you don’t have to think of it again. Spray was both kid and pet friendly which is a must in our home! He was very responsive to any questions I had answering almost immediately and very reasonably priced compared to others. Will definitely use Prime Time Pest Control again!

Eric is very helpful and fair. I feel like he really cares and he charged me less than anybody else would. He has gone out of his way to give me free inspections and educate me on my pest problems. I recommend prime time to anybody who needs a professional!

Parents were quoted one price then told it would be double. He told them what they had to do to get ready and once they did, he texted( not called) and said he wasn’t the guy for the job. My parents are elderly and on a fixed income. Very unprofessional and will let everyone I meet know that!

Reached out to Eric regarding issue with fleas. He was responsive to my calls and emails. Very knowledgable and informative. Beat out the competition by a long shot. Got the job done at a fraction of the cost because he isn't greedy like the national chains. He didn't leave me feeling helpless to charge more. Eric was amazing! He was able to come out to my house quickly and get rid of my ant problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Had Eric come out once for a mouse issue. He fixed that no problem. It was time for him to come out again today he called my wife told her he needed to change appointment to 5:30 no problem for us. Eric showed up we were in the back yard at 5:00 not expecting him till 5:30. There were several cars in the driveway. My son told him we were in the backyard. Eric good to his car and leaves. Then my wife calls him on his cell he won't answer. She texted him and him and he replied back with your husband saw me outside but did not shortish me. So I will just pass on service at your house. With that being said we have a contact signed with Eric but he was to lazy to come around and let us know he was tardy to start. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. Wild never work with him again.

I chose Prime Time Pest Control because all of the reviews were 5 stars. I'm happy to say that I can give a 5 star rating too! Eric was prompt and professional. He was able to come to my house the same day that I called. He listened to my concerns and found the problem. (It wasn't easy to find!) His price was very reasonable. All around he's just a great person!!!

Needed help recently and called a couple places. Eric was very quick to get back to me and showed up on a Saturday to help us out. He and his son were very professional, kind, thorough and helped educate us on exactly what he was doing so we didn't have to worry about the kids and pets. Grateful for his services and fair prices!
