A great guy who dose a good job

I have used this company for 4 years now and they are the best. Both Dave and Dylan are super guys who are highly educated and trained in their field. Every year we have problems with wasp nests in our soffits and gutters, along with yucky millipedes that are heavy in my neighborhood. I have them come spring and fall and they eliminate these pests. They are also great at setting up bait stations for the mice that inevitably show up in colder weather. Dave always tells us he will come back if we are not satisfied but we have never had to have him return, as he takes care of the problem the first time. Rates are very reasonable too!

Dylan is amazing! He is super thorough and talks to me about what he is doing and how to prevent bugs from coming in. I’ve reached out to him many times for my apartments and he always squeezes me in even if it’s a last minute deal. I am so thrilled with the service I received. I met Tony from Hawkeye Exterminators at a networking event and figured it would be a good idea to hang onto his card "just in case." Yesterday (Sunday) I noticed lots of ground wasps outside of my front door. I'm hosting a large event at the house Tuesday. I e-mailed Tony and he wrote back within an hour on a Sunday. He said he'd be over at 8:30 on Monday morning and he was here just a few minutes before. He said his first call this morning was for the same issue. He couldn't find the hole they were coming from or whether there was a hole yet, but he sprayed for them, educated me about the spray. Took down a real wasp nest in our windows, and let me know that he noticed our neighbors have termite monitoring stations up so told me what we need to do to help protect our home from termites (moving wood piles we have near the house). The cost was $60 and he said he'd stop back later today or tomorrow morning to spray any wasps that were still present. Keep this number handy!
