I called Platinum to exterminate mice. The technician showed up late and all he did was put out poison. He was here for five minutes and charged me $160! I still have mice. What a joke.

I was having issues with earwigs and Chad came the next day after I called and sprayed and I haven’t seen once since, both indoors and outdoors. He is a kind, reliable, professional who I would go to again and again for anything pest control related. I cannot recommend him and his business enough! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Hired them to come to my home last week for ants and Shaun was able to come the next day. The ants were gone with-in 10 minutes. And the cost was low! Will definitely be getting my business if needed in the future!
