We have been with Spann's Pest control for about 15 years. I have had the same person spray our yard his name is Steve. He is the best guy ever! He is so polite so friendly and very professional and does a very good job spraying around our home. I have never ever had one problem with this company. The boss is a man of his word and l say this because l called him as l had a question and just from the answers he gave me l knew then this man cared and had a lot of respect for his customers and he thanked me for calling him to answer my question. I'm very happy with Spann's and l always look forward to seeing the best employee Steve. I'm so blessed to be able to have the same person all these years so thank you Spann's for always sending Steve to do our home. I'm sure all the employees are great but Steve is the best. My husband's name was Steve also. He passed away a yr and a half ago. Steve from Spann's took the time to talk and always say hello to my husband before he passed because he knew my husband enjoyed seeing him when it was time to come spray our home. They became friends also. My husband always said "There is a good man babe". I agreed! I wouldn't have any other company but Spann's Pest Control. Thank you Spann's for always doing a great job! Enjoyed The company of Ellie as she sprayed around the house. So far, so good. Our biggest problem was house flies, and I wonder how the warmer weather might affect their swarming. Reasonable pricing, I suppose. I really didn’t check anywhere else. Small town, local business. It’s all good.

I'm leaving this review because this company has came into my apartment 3 times for treatments, the first time I physically watched the technician Hurley or either Harley flip my leather power stand to sit recliner over to see if any bugs were underneath. Well I was present so of course he respectfully handled the furniture like he would want someone to do his, however this time he came out on Tuesday he wouldn't start anything until I left. Upon my return yesterday evening my recliner didn't work anymore, I knew and was hoping it was just a plug because the second remote which operates the heat and massaging lights were on so I called first thing AM to let Spann's know what occurred. A representative named Emily called back, who I later learned was a wife to someone and this company is all family ran, which is a good thing I guess. Emily was very courteous and made sure she listened to my concerns, waited on the boss to get in along with Hurley to let them know what occurred. Emily called me back and said Hurley would fit me in his schedule to come out and take a look and make sure it was just the plug and if so he would plug it back up. I am disabled and cannot lift or push over a recliner to the point where power plugs from the bottom become disconnected. Well my daughter came over and got down in back of the recliner and there was a velcro piece that you remove that houses the power box, and thankfully it was the plug. However I called the company back to let them know it was the plug and to cancel Hurley so he could continue his other jobs and unfortunately Emily didn't answer , I don't know who the Lady was, but she was so disrespectful in trying to cut me off while I was trying to explain to her what was going on that I knew my message had apparently gotten to her that my recliner was not functioning and why it upset her is beyond me, but she advised me that moving forward to call management if I have any concerns and I told her well I tried to call them first but I don't know the days they are here, but I told her no one in management flipped my chair forcefully enough to the point where all night I had to worry if it was tore up. I would recommend anyone to go to terminix because if this company was good as these reviews state these bug problems would be decreasing and ceasing not increasing period. A resident put cameras in her apartment to see what they did when they came in and from what she said to me basically equals, exactly what these treatments are doing =Nothing. I told Hurley what the resident said to me, and I told him exactly what she said they did and just from the look on his face he knew exactly what apartment I was talking about. You may think you saving money by going with a particular company but it's not worth it , if the treatments are not effective
