I really like Dylan. He is way more professional than our old technician and very knowledgeable on the services, pests and what we need for our property. I would like to continue to have Dylan service our home always going forward. I highly recommend him!

This was the initial visit and Chris explained everything well. He spent a good amount of time spraying inside and out.

Everybody I have spoken to has been so helpful, so patient, and educational. Seth came out today and was extremely thorough and explained everything to me that he was doing. This is my first service with them, and I am pleasantly pleased so far!

They told me on the phone that I could save $100 if I had a subscription for 3 months. It's actually 12 months. Misleading greedy company acting like a big corrupt corporation. Im sure they will be just that one day. Don't recommend.

Spraying was done in the front of the house. However they did not come to the backyard to spray the back of the house or check the bait station located in the backyard. No one came to the door either to check or speak to me like past reps have.

I have seen more mice than with another pest control company or with no service. Please read your contract that they don't explain to you. They do nothing. And when you cancel you have to pay $150 discount back or they will keep providing bad service and trying to extract monthly payments. Beware this company. Will be going to the BBB

They came to our house for the first treatment and have not seen them a year. They still keep trying to charge my account even after we asked to cancel since we haven't seen them. We also had more mice than we have ever had. I would give 0 stars if allowed.

He told me that he was going to check a couple of traps. I think he might have sprayed but I didn’t watch him and he didn’t let me when he was done.

SCAMMERS! Beware! I agreed to one treatment and they signed me up for a year. Then had the audacity to charge my card again after I called and complained. Complaint filed with the BBB and I am heavily spreading the word that this is not a good business. I verbally agreed to one treatment. Salesperson gets me signed up and then get my info and he signed me up for a year. I call to get this fixed and was stunned by the lack of customer service. They would not budge. I eventually hung up as the conversation was going south. I then see they charged by card after the phone call. I am FLOORED. How does anyone think it is OK to run a business like this?

Per the conversation that was had earlier, we heavily discounted the initial service that was originally owed back if canceled before the contract ended. We apologize that you feel that way, but the contract that you signed provided all of this information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you!
I would give these guys 5 stars but how many times do you have to tell them you have to have more then a 24 hour notice!! They send out a text the night before, with a rental that doesn't give us enough time to tell the rental.

Scotty, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. <br><br>We understand that giving our customers enough time to notify tenants is of upmost importance, and I am very sorry that we have not given you enough time to fulfill your responsibilities as a landlord. The best way to accommodate the notification requirements is to have us provide our services on a set schedule. For example, we could come out the third Tuesday of the month to provide our services. In this case, you could make a standing notification to all tenants that Pest Control Services will be there at an expected time and day. This would alleviate you from having to notify each and every time there is a service. <br><br>I would love to speak with you personally about this if you could please call 563-503-4476. PCC has been treating for mice in my basement for over a year. I still have the problem a year later. Not sure if PCC knows enough how to rid of mice problem. I do not consider PCC is an expert exterminator. They will come back to look at the issue but it doesn’t help if you cannot solve the problem after 1 year of treatment. Definitely they are not doing something right. Professional people but not effective.

Hi Raihan, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately rodent control is a process and and can require multiple services, and re-services. That is why we provide a full guarantee in between our scheduled quarterly services, in some cases we will have to come back out and inspect and treat accordingly, especially with mice. Ken was our technician today! Weve used this service for about 2 yrs. I wish Ken was our tech everytime! He was friendly, through and quickly took care of our home.
