Lance was truly a lifesaver and incredibly helpful. I explained to him where I had heard the mouse activity and the bait I had for it must have worked like a miracle because he found it behind the stove, eliminating the problem before it escalated. He got rid of it before it started its decaying process, saving us from a potentially hazardous situation. Even though we tend to only get one mouse every year, we didn’t want to take any chances and risk our home becoming a haven for unwanted critters. The home across the street had been infested with them, a stark reminder of the importance of proactive pest management. I made the call to C-Cat and they came out a few days after the initial phone call to set the outdoor bait stations, giving us peace of mind. I am forever grateful that I had made the right choice for pest management. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their clients' well-being. Update to Sept.2024- had Joe come to kill these scary things in my basement. He was the best. I definitely don't feel like I'm gonna die anymore from them attacking. :) Great guy....on time, super personable. 10 out of 10 This was my first time calling C-Cat and leaving on a great experience. I had a raccoon in the attic and when I called the office, the ladies understood my panic and got Sam to my house within hours. Sam was very nice and made sure I had no stragglers left after he caught one. Great staff...from Sam to the ladies at the office.

Joe the tech that was sent to service our house was a pleasure to deal with. He worked efficiently and was friendly. Highly recommend using CCat for your pest control needs!

Our Tech was Lance. He was professional, yet not too stiff and was easy to work with. We had what I thought to be an issue that needed immediate attention and he as able to work us into his schedule to accomplish the task in a timely manner. He was punctual. If he said he would be at on site at 8:00 he was on site at 8:00. Left the area clean. Though the service is not cheap, I would recommend C-Cat for this service. You get what you pay for!
