Called them to come get a bat out of my house and do a bat check outside to see where they were coming in at. They came and did the outside check but didn’t even knock on the door or check in to see with the bat I had upstairs in my bathroom. I called them back to have them come and actually do their job I asked for in the first place and they told me that the bat was probably gone by now (keep in mind I told them when I first called it’s still in there) and that they knocked but no one…

Colten called us about bats in a house he was renting. When we have arrived for the free inspection we had to move piles of garbage and rotting food on the porch to even reach the front door. Next to the front door was a wide open window with no screen. We knocked and no one answered. We then set ladders up around the house to inspect it for attic entry points. After walking around the roof for about 10 minutes we knocked again before leaving. Later I recieved a call from him apologizing they didn't answer and asked what we found. We told him he needs to close his windows to keep them out of the living space and we gave a bid to pass on to his landlord to fix the exterior attic entry points. The next day I got a call from him upset that his landlord was not going to pay. It was then that he demanded we do it anyway for free and hung up on us when we said no.
