Had a bald face hornets nest removed. Austin was friendly and was very informative about the entire process. Great service!

John just finished our backyard yellow jacket and wasp nests in ground and under our facia near the roof. He was professional and paid great attention to detail. This company is alway helpful and do a very good job.

10/10 recommend…after making the initial call to get info and pricing, I was set up for a next day appointment…my property was treated for ants as well as spiders & wasps at an extremely reasonable price…from the friendliness of the person I spoke to on the phone who explained in great detail the service they were providing me to the friendliness of the technician that serviced my home, I felt like I was not rushed & also all the questions I had were answered…pests come with living in homes & there is no way to avoid it on your own w/o the help of professionals. My only regret is that I waited to long!

My service person Brandon was so nice and thorough. He took the time to ask me questions about any bug problems and then proceeded to remove any wasp nests and spray for spiders, etc. The service people at Greenix have always been pretty amazing!!

I called on a Tuesday evening for the removal of a hornets nest. They came the next day and the nest was gone that afternoon.

Daniel was the technician at my home today. He asked about issues I’ve recently had and genuinely listened. He offered solutions and was actually concerned about solving all of those issues. I’m very appreciative! He’s a real asset to Greenix!

Techs are great and very professional. Office staff will give you the run around and will not help you. They want 30 day written notice if you're not renewing so when you try to give it They tell you have to send it here then they no have to send some place else so they try and get you where you're not giving them notice. But can't say enough about the Tech that comes out

Very courteous and informative as to what he was doing, when he was arriving and when he was finished.

Only thing I didn’t like was that they came at 8 am. I retired and like to sleep late.

Misleading on the sales end. Threats of cancelation fees. Paid for service well over a year. Called multiple times to cancel. Place you on hold. Multiple transfers to cancel then when you tell them you want to cancel they tell you they can't find your account. Then after multiple verifications they ask you a series of questions on why you want to cancel. Then after that they place you on a extremely long hold. I assume in hope you hang up and the can continue to charge you.

Very courteous staff. Everything was completed as stated. Very pleased with the service.
