I had called freedom pest control one morning, after staying up all night tearing my house apart, throwing items into the dryer, to schedule a treatment with Howard. Howard was polite at first and seemed like a reasonable man, he told me an inspection wouldn't be necessary as an attempt to "save me money" but it seemed like him pushing me into a choice after thinking about it later on, he told me about his "other customers" he had lined up and rushed me by giving me 30 minutes to make a decision

This is a lie! As the owner, I have the phone recordings to prove it! We held a slot for you to decide the "night before" the appointment you scheduled, and told you repeatedly it was past the 72 hour cancellation and if you give us your credit card to book the service it could not be cancelled. Yo
Don’t call anyone else! AWESOME TIM is the best at making sure the critters go away and STAY AWAY. We use them for our business and farmhouse. We are not dirty people but we live on a large property with a lot of critters. We had a terrible infestation in our finished basement, years of mouse droppings.
