The technician did an ok job but nothing spectacular that I couldn't have done myself to eliminate ants. I was not told and did not agree to have a glue trap set-up which I find unnecessarily cruel and a slow painful death. I still have an ant problem so it was a complete waste of money and I do not recommend this company.

If you want to be scammed out of your money and get bills for no service this the company for you. All complete with no manger to talk to no phone service and they make it hard for you to pay your bill that you shouldn't have gotten because you didn't receive service. This is a crummy company stay away. Unless you like being unable to receive service because the reps don't show up and being locked into a monthly rate that's higher than all the competitors. Yes if you love frustration and ulcers work with this terrible company it's trash.

Was friendly and got down a hornets nest that had been there for months and I thought it was a plastic bag lol

I had a bad experience with them. I first spoke with a gentleman that told me the service fee was $250 and i stated that was too much I’ll look around. He stated if i pay $100 today they’ll do the job. He talked about a Quarterly job where they come back 3 times out of the year for $70 i said I’ll think about that if i need you guys. Month later i got charged $70 then when i called them about it they sent me a contact that they put together that’s not my real signature and first time seeing it. I explain to the man who would agree to pay ya’ll $70 a month when ya’ll not gonna come out and do service every month. He couldn’t give me an answer at all. I ask to speak to the manager he ignored it.

I’m honestly still paying for the service waiting to cancel it so they don’t charge me that outrageous price for canceling early but besides that I’ve been having problems with ants in the house and this has been an ongoing problem. Every time they come I told them they need to spray the interior, but they only do the exterior and they tell me I need to schedule one of my maintenance appointments which is ridiculous time frames it’s usually anytime all day Monday through Friday like people do not have jobs and then you can’t even get in touch with them over the weekends honestly the worst service ever.

Please don't use them I used them for my house for pest control. They are doing fake advertisement and their sales representative will tell you that you can cancel anytime and make you sign a contract when it time comes for cancellation then they charge you big cancellation fees. It is completely false advertising. There is no communication from there side when is there services schedule. I would give them negative rating if it is available.

Their so called pest control services provide absolutely zero relief from insects. The customer service is just as awful! Choose another service when looking for something like this, is just my personal opinion from what I have experienced.

It’s a rip off you pay every month they showed up once I havnt seen them since paid a crazy amount of money for some system they don’t maintain a had tons of bugs this summer an they still havnt showed up again. Even over 3 months

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called to see why my account was $270 after no one came out besides the first time. He said he can get my account down to $170 why would I pay for a service that was NOT provided???? He told me he agreed and still told me the balance would be $170 … I told him to cancel now he is staying my balance is $600 DONT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A BIG SCAM

This company relies on an aggressive door-to-door sales approach. Even if you politely decline, they persist and continue to pressure you. Their actions show little regard for your time or your home—they’re solely focused on making the sale. I strongly advise avoiding this company altogether. If they show up at your door, DO NOT ENGAGE.

I am very unsatisfied with Hawx Pest Control service. Originally they charged me $600 for the treatment and on the agreement they signed me up was for 12 months of service and I was told that I pay $600 and I can call them any time if I see the pest are not getting in control. When I ask them to come back after 6 weeks of service they said my contract expired and I need to restart the agreement by paying another $600. I spoke to management a couple of weeks ago and emailed them with pictures of the results of treatment showing them that the pest still exists and they are a lot of them. I was able to reach out to a supervisor and she apologized to me and said it was a mistake on their end and they will fix it so they can continue for the treatment for 12 months for no charge. I was in peace of mind after talking to a supervisor. But Today I spoke to them to schedule another service for this week and the representative said that my contract expired and they need to restart the service with paying more. There are still pests in my house and i am not sure what type of pest control medicine they were applying but there’s no change. 7/24/2025 New review after contacting Sydney Johnson via email she did nothing but apologized. I send her the contract that stated clearly 12 months of service for the lump sum fee I paid at the time of agreement but she just apologized to me for the incorrect information I was provided by their representative for 12 months of service. That’s all I know they will tell you to reach out to them but do. nothing. I am using a new pest control service and they are the best.

We’ve been using HawX for 3yrs+ and didn’t have issues but after today’s “service” we’ll be looking for a new company. Adam, the technician if you can even call him that was disrespectful, sarcastic and laughed at my elderly parents while they were trying to explain the issues we had. I called the day before and explained what was happening and the office took note and said they will be looking into it. Adam decided he didn’t want to do anything besides the “quarterly maintenance” which he finished in less then 10 min before arguing and laughing at them and then leaving. Had some good guys come before but you just lost a customer due to Adam’s completely lack of professionalism or respect.
