Brad it’s very rude. He keeps saying that I harassed him because he cannot answer my questions. He charged our HOA which supposedly signed the contract and gave him the ok to kill 11 squirrels that their traps caught in 5 days nothing about this company it’s humane they put traps outside the roof to solve an internal problem, therefore we paid to kill our neighborhood squirrels. HOA gave us updates that they humanely relocate the squirrels not kill them. They need to get their story straight. P
