EDIT>>> I left this review after they called me and asked me to in the beginning of the season. After the review was left the service went to SH##. I am still waiting for my summer/fall service that I was told would be done 4 weeks ago. I called last week 3 weeks after they said/texted they would be out. Yard is full of weeds which is ridiculous this time of year... Was told a manager would call and they would definitely have someone out this week//I.E. last week/./. Still no one and no service

Nature'scape over fertilized my lawn last year, however, continued the service in hopes that this year the service would improve. I wish Cathy was still there, she was very courteous and educated on the treatments and when to service the lawn. Also, this year fertilizer was placed on my roses and Hosta's. UPDATE ON MY LAWN Naturescape in Tinley Park has promised to repair the problem with my lawn.There is a new manager at the Tinley Park store. This gentleman (Bill) is a man of his word. (The old school way) He has come to my home to personally do the work. Everyone I talked with in management were very helpful and understanding. As you can see the grass has started to grow.
