Richard displays everything you want to see in a guy working in your yard. He always rings the bell when he comes. If I am home, he tells me what he’s going to do and then gives me his observations on my lawn. Depending on what he’s putting down, and forecasted weather, he’ll tell me that if I don’t see weeds dying within 7 days to call them back and they’ll come back and put down another application for free. He is very easy to talk to and has a wonderful personality.

He was very professional. He rang the door bell. I came out and talked to him about some concerns I had about the crabgrass and weeds I still have in the lawn and a long the edges of the house. He was doing the perimeter treatment but said he'll note that I need some spot treatment done also.
