SCAM ALERT - They will sign you up for services then make it impossible to cancel. They won't answer the phones, when you try to call other numbers they just send you back to the number that won't pick up the phone. Been trying to cancel services for almost a month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If you’re on the fence about using Saela, just don’t. I called them on 10/2021 about some ants in my house. They came out in a timely manner and the tech was great. I continued to use for a year a half until i no longer had a use for them. I went to cancel my service and was told i couldn’t because i was in a legally binding contract for over 2 years.
