This is a local/family business. Not a corporate business. So they are honest and don’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. They came out immediately and took care of the hornets for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with Yellowjackets under the siding right outside our back door. Never got a call back from another place. Called House Specialty and they had Rory out here within 2 hours. Took care of the situation and haven’t had an issue since. Thanks for your prompt service! Really appreciate it.

Rory was timely, polite and informative. He walked around with us around the entire inside of the house and in the garage attic. It was pouring rain outside so he will return to treat the outside as soon as the weather permits.

Had Rory come out to take care of a recent mice issue. He was very knowledgeable and identified where they were most likely getting in and a few problem areas in the basement. We have not had any trace of mice since he put the traps down. I also asked him to spray for spiders in the basement and it really kept the spiders down all winter. He did ask about coming out monthly, but wasn't pushy which I appreciated. I told him I would rather just have someone come every 6 months or just as needed, versus another monthly subscription service which I didn't want or need. I appreciate that they offer ala carte service, major perk in this industry,

I used House Specialty for a problem I was having with earwigs. Rory was extremely thorough. He told me to give it 30 days and if I still had an issue, he'd come back out but the results were immediate. It's been over 30 days and I haven't seen a single bug of any kind. My only regret is not calling sooner. Next year I will be calling the first time I see one.
