Sentinel Pest Control

I have been with them for over 20 years never had problems. I recommended my sister,mother and daughter to them, they are very satisfied with them also. Kasey is very friendly and does a great job! I have my house sprayed regularly. Highly recommend this company.

Called Sentinel because I had a big hornets nest on the back of my house. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me a price estimate. Within that week a technician named Greg showed up right on time and in a matter of minutes got to work and got the nest sprayed. He said to check it in a couple of days and if I still noticed activity around the nest to call back. I waited 3 days and still noticed a few around the nest so called back and talked to Greg and he was able to come by right away and respray. That seemed to do the trick and eliminated the remaining hornets. When I received their bill in the mail the charge was at the lowest end of the price range estimate I was given on the phone so I was very happy about that. All in all I am very pleased with their service and would use them again in the future!

We had bed bugs, Sentinel Pest Control killed them off after 1 heat treatment. They gave me paper instructions on how to prepare for the heat treatment. The salesman had some good additional information about bed bug behavior which he shared. They did an excellent job of heat treating our house. Killed the bed bugs off. They have been gone for well over 2 years. (I followed the paper directions. I also actively (regularly) cleaned up the bed bugs with duck tape(on the bed and the couch)). Also ran the dryer regularly with pillows and blankets.

They’ve come out and sprayed twice for fleas and we’ve been calling for a month and they keep saying they’ll have someone call us or get back to us and never do. They even told us we’d have to pay the 3rd time we called because we were past the 45 days and we said we would no problem But still haven’t heard back.

Idk y landlord choses them when I’m the one treated less than. They came out last year and found nothing. I gave my vacuum filter but it was after many weeks of daily vacuuming. And they come out specific to the call but not ask me “I’m the one living in this”. They call to set up a time for a day an am or pm. They don’t give times but a 5 hour window. I been in my home alone and clean daily, even OCD.. I ask them not just roaches from a neibor dogs being removed. And termites in my porch that I pulled away from the house. But possibly bird mites an I know spiders. That lady had the audacity to tell me that was a hygiene problem, and it was be in my skin only. I know way more about bugs, and I’ve ever wanted to know in my entire lifetime, trying to figure out what was biting me when it was not what everybody was thinking. What bug company would not want to check everything that the customer is complaining about instead of what the landlord is telling them Glenn tells me to tell them but then they come here on one mission only for all I know they’re spraying sugar water when I get more. What about the attic, is the crawlspace. Trust me I’ve been cleaning every day for over a year and I am had enough and broke..this thing consumed my summer and winter and again summer. Got the bird nests out. Bought carpet shampooer. Washed all bedding at laundry mat first. Cleaned in and out washe n dryer, had the ducts cleaned professionally altho the fan is gross and and ‘89. My cwlp bill went from 80$ a month to 200$ on the spend plan at that. Huge pine over the house but not my yard and a back yard dog breeder feeds roaches.. I can’t open windows nor play with grands In back yard. I am on ssi I can’t just go move. My yourkie passed a month ago so no reason not to address the spiders. Beetles, mites, and bots. I have even bleached out the whole kitchen. But because it’s just me it’s hard to keep up and have no life. And their office is infested. How can you make my home bug free when you can’t keep the office clean.. Not my choice as I ca t aford anything else since I been fighting a battle that only got worse with roaches..landlord used to spray outside the house for me and was fine. In 13 yr with this landlord I’ve never had bug pronlems. And Iv never had a lady tell me it’s a hygiene problem. And mites are only in the skin.. she wasn’t pleasant to talk to them I’m sposed to just sit around Friday afternoon till who ever gets time shows up.. I sure have no confidence thay will do the job. Last time the guy never even went to the basement. The service they preform is what ever you specify. Only that. They not gona check it out first they just said was spray roaches and check for termites. I been doing all that already. They old man 60s70s maybe don’t even look for or inspect as I’m pointing out where to look. He doesn’t spray many places as I follow him and ping it out he says he did. I’m recording him not doing it. He put two little squirts in the kitchen and didn’t even turn a light on in bed room/ store room. Didn’t go in play room where attic door is. His termite check was he picked up a piece of wood the size of a small pic frame looked up tword the roof and said nothing. He got in his truck backed in drive sprayed the eves and base of corners of the house moved to the back and did the same. I bet he barely used a gallon of liquid in all. The inside container is smaller than the plastic ones we would buy at the store to mix ourselves.

UPDATE: After I made this review they came out straight away. Haven't seen any wasps since and hope it stays that way :) I will say when I originally set up and appointment everything went smoothly! They are completely reasonably priced and everything. However, I had them come spray for some wasps and the wasps have continued to stick around. So, I called within my 45 days to have someone come and retreat. They'll answer the phone and say someone will call to set up an appointment or swing by and... NOTHING. I've called multiple times and they just kept saying oh we'll get someone out there/someone will call you back. Now its outside of the 45 days so I guess I am outta luck!

Haven’t used the service yet, definitely will. Called about an ant problem, and the woman I talked to couldn’t have been nicer. Answered all my questions with honest answers and helpful tips. No pressure and no hard sell push to sign a contract! Very pleasant experience thus far!
