We had a very poor experience with these people. We bought a house which turned out to have a mouse infestation. When they came out to the house, they tried to upsell my wife on all sorts of unnecessary services. Ultimately, they came out to remove insulation and install mouse proofing around the edge of the foundation, as well as to place bait boxes. They charged an absurd, eye watering amount for this (almost $10000). After they did all this, we still had plenty of mice. We tried to bring them back a couple of times and they made a bunch of excuses about why their treatments weren’t getting rid of the mice. Ultimately, nothing they did really made a difference with the mouse problem. I finally got the mice under control using generic bait you can buy at any hardware store, for a tiny fraction of the price they charged us. They tried to charge us for services they never performed (termite treatments) and didn’t need. When we questioned the fact that their bills were full of all sorts of charges for services never rendered (as well as the fact that their mouse treatment never worked), they promptly sent the account to collections. I do not recommend these folks in any way whatsoever. (They also tried to charge a friend of ours an absurd fee - upwards of $13k - to deal with a raccoon in her attic. Another service removed the raccoon for $250.)
As the owner of a busy restaurant, I was relieved by how fast and discreet this company acted. We had a fruit fly problem near the bar, and Alex handled it perfectly. He arrived within an hour and worked efficiently without disturbing guests. The results were immediate. Our staff and customers appreciated the fresh, clean atmosphere. Alex’s professionalism and friendly attitude made all the difference. Fantastic service all around!
They keep the creepy crawlers away.
My go-to-guy is Chase and within only a few sessions the bugs never came back. I’m so happy. Thanks Terminix.

They responded to my call in a timely manner & were fast &efficient at coming to my home. While putting in the bait stations the service technician answered all my questions I had about my situation and concerns about other pests.

Helpful customer service that helped calm me when I was panicking because of roaches, exterminator was friendly, worked fast and was unobtrusive. It's nice to find a company that genuinely seems to care about their customers.

Very poor service. Technicians showed up with broken equipment and did minimal work and low effort. I was told numerous times that a branch manager would contact us about our poor service quality. None did. Technicians instead blamed being short staffed and stated our lack of acceptance of their service quality was the problem. Extra visits were scheduled but the pest problem is worse than before. If you try to cancel services, you will be stuck with an early termination fee because it's a 12 month contract. Do not use Terminix. If you aren't satisfied with their service, you are trapped in a contract. The contract is one sided with no accommodations to support families in need who don't get the services they pay for and there is no accountability for poor technicians.

If zero stars was an option, I would give them zero. $4,400, that is what they charged. A whole 3,000 square foot home infestation of bed bugs and these jokers treated small parts of 3 rooms with some dust and some spray. There were actually more bugs the second time they came back two and a half weeks later than the first time they were there. They didn't suggest heat would be the best method of treatment to kill them, because they don't offer that service. The people they took advantage of are 78 and 74. Don't give these people your money. They are the lowest form of life.
If I could give negative stars I would. Impossible to contact anyone when you need to. Everyone passes the buck constantly. Update: I got a $40 bill from them and told multiple people I wasn’t paying it because they didn’t give me sufficient service. They turned me into collections 😂
they are very nice. But after your with them they dont show up when they are suppose too. No calls or texts. I was told if I had something to do not to wait on them they would come back. That does help get rid of bugs.
Dont have Terminix any more we have Reliable love them rodent problem GONE!
Very disappointed with the entire terminix. Won't respond to calls or text. Shows up without notification so then no one to let them in so. Can't get them to return always never anyone for this area. We have already PAID over $3000 and nothing is being done. This is the worst ever company out of Quincy Illinois
I was lied to by the field tech. For 3 months I was lied to about treatment. I have moved on to a different company because termanex could not take care of my problem. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company like that. Out alot of money now and still have problems. Do not recommend to anyone, unless you want to throw your money away and be lied to right to your face. No professionally at all!!
Very very poor customer service. I've been trying to cancel service for a month now via multiple contact options and nobody will get back to me or cancel our services. I'm canceling due to nobody showing up when they said they would and the incredibly poor quality. Spiders have never left in the three years we've had Terminix among other critters. If i could give zero stars I would. As I'm typing this I'm still being charged for service I've been trying to cancel for a month.
Worst extermination place I have ever dealt with. The first lady put the bed cover on incorrectly (the zipper is messed up and instead of fixing it or getting a new one she left it, it now doesnt zip at all). She didnt show up for the schedule time and lied about how many visits she could do. The last guy made me feel like a burden when I was trying to set up scheduled times, I never seen any change in the bugs and didnt show up on time. The last time I tried setting up a time for him to come out he said he had was busy with other customers and couldnt come out. I waited a week with no response and quite making payments. I'm not going to make payments for service im not receiving. I highly recommend going to someone else!
