Elite Termite & Pest Control

I hired elite after my awesome bug people retired. Elite sprayed one time and after 2 WEEKS I have more live bugs popping up than I've ever had in 8 years living at this home. Elite says it takes several applications to get rid of them....however this never ever happened when my past bug service sprayed. I asked for a refund and they dont guarantee their work...suprise suprise...therefore no amount of money back for my dissatisfaction. It cost 150 upfront and 45 each application. Ridiculous they couldn't give a portion back..but their choice. It is now my choice to tell everyone NOT to use this place for bug maintenance/control.

They came for initial set up tried to convenience us to drill holes all in our side walk and patio to treat termites but no signs of termites, they came and sprayed our house 2x signed up for quarterly spray and was told it would be $50. Then went to re schedule with them and they said it would be $75 negative for you to do 5min of work. Would not recommend not professional nor good customer service.

We had Elite come out to spray for general bug issues, and while at our home they discovered that termites were making their way to our house. They showed us the evidence of this and promptly treated for them during the same visit. Safe to say the termites never made it to our house, which is a good thing as we ended up putting the house on the market!
