I have used them for 2 years already. Similar behavior both times, but the last one was worst. They have terrible customer service. They never follow up and do a very poor job. This year they came to turn on the irrigation system. The guy put the valve and left it leaking water. He tested the sprinklers and noticed a couple of them had low pressure. They were supposed to show up to only do my front yard. The price was reasonable so I decided to give them a try. They were supposed to show up every 4 to 6 weeks. I had to call once because 8 weeks lapsed between sprayings. Another time they showed up 7 weeks between services. Then they came on August 14th to do an aeration. It appears their operating principle currently is to create or not address lawn issues such that they can sell more services even though they provide explicit guarantee.
