5 tries… we still have bedbugs after they told us it would take 3 at the most. I had a very disappointing experience with this company and cannot recommend their services. Communication has been consistently poor—appointments were scheduled and then missed without any notice or follow-up. Over the course of two months, we received five treatments, yet the issue was never resolved. This has resulted in significant inconvenience and lost revenue on our end. We were initially asked to leave a review immediately after service, but I chose to wait until results were evident. Unfortunately, the treatments have not been effective. After the second unsuccessful visit, I was unable to reach the company directly and had to have my husband call in order to get a response. Since then, despite prior assurances that they would continue treatments as needed within a three-month period, they have refused to return for additional service or issue a refund. Instead, we have been given inconsistent explanations and shifting reasons for the lack of results. Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution and thoroughly evaluate their options before hiring this company.

What was communicated is that, based on experience, most cases typically require 2–3 treatments, though every infestation can vary depending on conditions—especially in high-turnover environments like Airbnb properties.<br><br>In this case, scheduling and access presented challenges. There were multiple instances where treatments were requested while guests were present or during very early hours, which is not ideal for effective bed bug treatment. Proper treatment requires controlled conditions and minimal disruption, which is difficult to achieve in an actively occupied rental property. We acknowledge that we attempted to accommodate these requests to be helpful, but this may have impacted overall effectiveness.<br><br>During the final inspection, no visible signs of bed bug activity were found. As a precaution, treatment was still applied in previously affected areas. Additionally, there were no reported sightings for approximately 4–6 weeks following the last service. Given this gap, it is also possible that any subsequent activity may have been reintroduced, which is a known risk in short-term rental properties.<br><br>Bed bug elimination requires patience, consistency, and proper environmental control. We take responsibility for trying to work around difficult scheduling conditions, but optimal results depend on following best practices throughout the process.<br><br>We remain committed to providing quality service and wish you the best moving forward.

Wow is all I can say. There was a raccoon in my room that through upstairs when I left the window opened during the day. I was terrified. I ran with my phone and closed the door and called the first pest control I found. Thank God they handled Racoon removal. I thought they would be scared but they are professionals and was very calm. I have to say this business hanss down with wipe your problems away. I mean the level of diligence and control they use to free your area of problem bugs you want to zap. You guys must try this company if you have any problems with pests, but particularly bed bugs. They have two different options. You can go with the heat or steam solution. The best thing about it is harmless chemicals, just don't eat it lol 😂 thank you for giving the guidance to help me stop this nightmare I've experienced
