I have been with AJ Pest Control for various years and their service has always been consistently top notch! They are respectful and always so nice to work with, from scheduling to the various services they offer. They are easy to get a hold off and always answer my questions promptly.

Flat out great experience! Called to get an inspection done for a VA loan at 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and they said the could do it at 8:00am the next morning. BOOM! I love motivation like that. Adam showed up on time, was professional and personable. Knocked out the inspection in a very timely manner and was very respectful the whole time. I expressed that, if possible, I'd like to get the report by EOD that day. I had the report within an hour and a half! Handling the payment was awesome. Invoice with a link sent via email. Super convenient to pay. Convenient, professional, affordable, and quick. Everything I look for in a professional service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could.

I had termix for a year and 6 months they could not get the bugs to leave or die. I then got aj number from a great friend, and bamn! 3 treatments in and bugs all gone and have not seen one in 30 days not. Not just a good jobs but the best company to hire for bugs .

The best pest control in Bloomington-Normal by far. We called Jack because of some issues with mice in our house. Unlike past pest control places we've used, they really listened to our experience and made suggestions for prevention. Their price was super affordable, and Jack did great work. 100/10 would recommend.

My landlord contacted A&J to see about a mouse issue. Seems they were having clubhouse meetings in my basement. (The mice that is.) Jack contacted me and said he would come break up the club in a day or so - impressive considering it's the holiday season. They were very conscientious of the fact that I work night shift and also that I have a beautiful but useless elderly cat. I called Jack 'Jackie' by mistake. I used the excuse of sleep deprivation and they bought it. Such nice people. It took about 5 days for results, which is a few days quicker than I had anticipated. I'm very happy with the quick efficient and effective job. Also I interacted with a lady that works in the office who was quite sweet and very pleasant. So while I wasn't truly a customer because my landlord contracted with A&J, I'm the person that benefited. Thank you so much! If I could give six stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jack is the kind of person you want showing up when you have a pest problem. He was right on time, honest about what needed to be done, and found an affordable solution that worked for our family. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping people. He’s a good family man who works hard and clearly loves what he does. Don’t waste your time or money on the big corporate pest control companies who constantly try to upsell you. Call A&J instead. You’ll get personal service, fair pricing, and peace of mind knowing the job is done right.

They’ve been doing our pest control for 3+ years. We live in the timber, (relatively higher pressures of all pests), and their program definitely works. Strengths: -punctual -efficient -organized—they contact me to schedule appointments and give options. Highly recommend. Plus it’s a locally owned company!

A&J was quick and responsive scheduling an appointment and answering questions leading up to the service. However, it quickly went downhill from there. I specifically requested help to get rid of some mouse activity. The guy who showed up had no idea why he was there and assumed he was spraying for bugs. He didn't look for entry points, evidence of activity, or have ideas for any mitigation strategies. He just dropped a few poison "bait boxes" around inside the house for my kids and pets to play with. It was disappointing, probably ineffective, and seems unsafe.

Excellent organization that provides exceptional customer service. Adam promptly arrived at the provided time and was very professional in providing an explanation of the level of service and expectations. Very courteous and knowledgeable in his field. He completed the service as expected in a timely fashion. Highly recommend A & J for all of your pest control service needs.
