Agreed to do 2024 re seeding and fertilizer c/o Robert. In 2025 without my approval they did it again. Despite my calls on 10/3 with Tori and Bri on 11/3 letting them know I did not ask for service and should not pay--and to cancel any future treatments. They agreed and would take care of the bill. In January 2026, I received notice from a bill collecter . Versus the expense of getting a lawyer I paid the fee. I just find this company dishonest and would not recommend Lawn Squad Aurora.

I'm very sorry you were charged and sent to collections after you explicitly declined service and were told the bill would be handled. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we take reports of unauthorized treatments and billing errors very seriously. We are escalating your account to leadership right away, will investigate and reverse any incorrect charges, and will work with the collection agency to correct your records. For immediate assistance, please contact our Customer Care team at the phone number on your invoice so we can complete the resolution.<br>Unfortunately, the only time we have experienced something like this is when clients don’t cancel when we send out annual renewals, or at the time we send out notification of dispatch the day before service occurs. Then it becomes an issue we we go to collect on services rendered.

We were home, and disappointed that poncho did not come to the door to inform us that he was ready to start the aeration. Other than that, all went well.

Julian came out 7-1-25 around 7:am and accessed my lawn. Julian gave his recommendations and treated my lawn. My wife and I weren’t expecting much do to our past experience with T-green, Dr green, and the WEEDMAN. Julian came out and went above and beyond our expectations. I’m disabled but My wife is watering our lawn like Julian recommend and it’s looking better. My lawn was dry , brown and full of weeds. Professional team and great prices. However, please be aware they may automatically charge for additional services. We signed up for Fall services and company states services renew automatically. To me, new Spring services should not be called a renewal.. They do send out a notice, but it can be easily missed in the mail. Glad team took our feedback and we will be continuing to use them!

Linda,<br>Sorry for the confusion. We send out renewal letters after the end of each season with the next season’s services spelled out in detail and offer a pre-pay discount at that time. All purchased services do auto renew each year going forward, but we are more than happy to add or remove services at your request from one year to the next. I’m happy to hear the team was able to get things straightened out for you. Buyers be aware! They sign you up for automatic services and don't tell you. They aerated an old address that I haven't even lived at for months. Claim they sent me notifications about coming out which I never got. Then they send me a bill and charge me for it. Most unprofessional lawn care company around!!!! 😡

Kyle,<br>We sent you a renewal letter late November last year. We sent you a bill but deleted your payment when we saw the message from the call center therefore you were never charged. A similar incident occurred with you nearly 5 years ago when you told us to service a property you were purchasing but the closing fell through. We worked out a hefty discount for your at that time as well. Communication works both ways and we would have appreciated a heads up before spending our resources to service a property you no longer live at. We are happy all prospects can view the full array of reviews that shows how trusting and professional we are. Truly the best in the business. How can you get mad for a service you did not cancel nor end up paying for?
