The first mow of the year! They did a great job mowing and trimming. No grass clippings were left on the sidewalk. They also made sure to lock our backyard gate so that our dogs did not get out. Thank you for a wonderful job.

We increased 3% ($3.99 per month) due to increased material costs of over 3%. You responded “I’m on a tighter budget this year” and to “please cancel” in which we did without issue. <br>Yesterday 3/2/23 we sent out an email blast offering our spring aeration service. No response from you except to lower your 4 star “review” to 1 star. <br>How was this warranted? I'm sure they will reply to this review with some sort of justification but facts cannot be ignored. There was a lot of miscommunication happening but even what they were supposed to complete they didn't deliver. When confronted about it they didn't acknowledge the fact that the job done wasn't effective. And they didn't want to rectify it by refunding either. Terrible people and a terrible company. Do not waste your money here. Many other companies stand by their work and if not done properly would attempt to rectify it free of charge. The greed and carelessness displayed by this company is atrocious. As they will try to save face by replying to this and trying to undermind or discredit my expirience, move forward with them at your own risk.

Thank you for providing us the opportunity to share the facts.<br>To start, you were sent a quote for two line items: Turf Fertilization & Weed control and plant bed maintenance. You declined the latter. THEN, you complained that your lawn did not look mowed and was not mowed, when in fact mowing was never even quoted. You continued to say your lawn looked the same as before and the slow release fertilizer had been in your yard for less than 24 hours and the weed control does not act that fast on all types of weeds either, as you were explained. As of today and as discussed, we have you down for a complimentary mid cycle weed spray that we offer to all 7 lawn application clients even though you have since canceled (your initial visit was just last week). Just yesterday you sent an email complaint that the weeds in your plant beds have not improved, yet you declined that service on the quote that was sent you!<br>Thanks so much for the opportunity to bring all facts to light and all prospective clients can easily tell by the other 100+ reviews we have online that we provide high quality service and stand behind our work. But, as the old adage goes; you can't please all the people all the time. We have all of the above documented in our email and CRM.
Most ignorant people ever. Coming to mow my lawn at 645 to 7am in the morning. Just plain rude and ignorant woke my entire family up. No respect for others will be reporting this to the county as Kendall County has quite hours 11pm to 8am. Ridiculous never will I use them again

I’m sorry you were awakened by lawn equipment at 7am. M-F the noise ordinance is until 7am, not 8. We are certainly NOT ignorant.<br>That being said, we do not see your name in our system as a client. I’m not sure if this was left for the wrong company, but we return 100% of calls that leave a message within one business day. Any calls that come in during business hours are returned prior to closing for that day. We do not see your name in our system either. The office was responsive for the first call but after 3 calls no one ever called or came out to evaluate the lawn. Very sad as we try to due business locally.

I had to let them go after 3 weeks of cutting my lawn. They always went to fast and missed patches of grass. We have a little tyke house in our yard and they never moved it. After 3 weeks I looked under it and there was a foot of grass underneath. Would not recommend.

The service we have received this season has been less than stellar! Not even sure why I am rating above 1 star - see my attached photos. This is what we came home to after ABC was there to "mow" Whoever you have running the crew in Oswego needs to be re-trained. You get off the mower if there is obstacles (tree branches and sticks) or GARBAGE, but instead your employee mows over everything in the path. We mentioned this to the owner once before and nothing has improved. There is never any trimming done - just a lightening speed pass over the lawn. We were hopeful that things would improve but we have not seen that happen - too bad!! ABC had a opportunity to take over all the contracts for the other properties we own, not a chance with the service we received this season. **updated to respond to owner** Service address in Oswego. You did have the job until we came home to mowed over garbage and sticks. In today's age you can't use the excuse of having no record because a name doesn't match.
