I have been a customer of Save a Tree for decades. They know what treatments to apply to my plants to keep them healthy and not get taken over by insects.

The Savatree crew provides excellent service and support to us as homeowners and stewards of the trees we have on our property. They have helped us assess health and increase longevity of our trees. When disaster struck recently during a windstorm and one of our trees came down, Savatree was there and provided the best possible service, ensuring the safety and health of our neighbors and us as we worked with the city to clean up.

I recently had hired this company. They are OBNOXIOUSLY expensive. $2,500 I was shocked how little was done. Workers were at my house for an hour and said they were done. No special equipment was needed just a ladder and a saw. I was stunned. They did half the work that was on their work order. I had to tell them three times to finish the job which took another 50 minutes. Under two hours for 3 workers is theft. GET FEW ESTIMATES BEFORE YOU TRUST A SMOOTH TALKING SALESMAN.

Wish 0 stars was an option. This company is a complete rip off. Terrible customer service. No guarantees. Charges way more than the agreed upon proposal without sending an invoice and you just find a HUGE charge on your credit card. Be warned.

Save your time and avoid Savatree. I originally called them on 8/23/24 to ask for a quote to have some shrubs trimmed. They told me, "no problem, we'll have someone come out on 8/30 @ 1:30PM". Fast forward to 8/30 and the arborist shows up at 10:51AM without any advanced notice (they did not give a window previously, it was stated as 1:30PM). Thankfully I had decided not to go shopping in the morning, so I was home to meet him. The arborist himself was OK and seemed knowledgeable enough when asked questions. Since 8/30 was the Friday before Labor Day the arborist mentioned that the quote might take a few extra days due to the holiday. OK, no problem. Labor Day comes and goes and I patiently check my email daily. I'm not seeing any quotes and I'm worried I somehow missed it. I check my spam, deleted emails, etc., nothing from Savatree or the arborist. Finally 9/9 (a full week after Labor Day) and I still see nothing. The arborist gave me his card, so I sent an email asking about the status of my quote at the end of 9/9. Crickets. Nothing at all for another week. I finally got fed up and called a competitor and received a same day quote and service 2-days later. I never did hear back from Savatree. It's clear that they did not want my business which would have been fine had they just told me that. What I didn't appreciate is having my time wasted, and advise you to stay away as well.

The absolute worst. After being told 3 times, still Treated wrong tree, (thus leading to sick tree dying). Would not make it right in anyway. Service specialists need to be trained. From top to bottom, no clue. Look somewhere else

Used them for years to come out and spray. but when you call and ask for anything - customer service is not there. if the trees they are supposedly caring for are showing signs of distress, they don't even notice. One of the trees they've been servicing for years started having major issues this year, clearly distressed / leaking sap. They didn't notice when they came to spray it. I called to ask the arborist to come see it. Never heard back. Called again, never heard back. Moving on to find a new company now.

I have used SavATree before and been happy. But in their last trip I had them remove a second willow that was split. They were supposed to stack the trunk near the tree. They left the trunk where it fell ignoring the fact that it was crushing other live trees and bushes. I understand that they could hit the trees when they dropped it, but I would think they would take it off them once it was safely on the ground... There is no way I consider this stacked...
