Mice Hunters Inc was incredibly timely, and ensured we were comfortable with every step of their process. From the day they initially came out we started seeing less and less mouse activity in our home. After sealing our home we are confident the rodent issue is gone. Thank you to Zach and his team, they were professional, detail oriented, and even came back to make sure the job was compete up to their standards. Excellent team to work with if you have a mouse problem.

I’ll start off by saying we initially hired a pest control company, but quickly realized what a scam they actually are. I don’t remember how I stumbled upon Mice Hunters, but I’m so glad that I did. We stopped seeing droppings almost immediately after their initial visit which was such a relief. But what really impressed me was how thorough they were with the exclusion work. It’s not often a vendor talks a big game and backs it up too. Also, their customer service was excellent from start to finish. I cannot thank you enough for giving us peace of mind and feeling comfortable in our home again.

After discovering our fourth mouse in just a few weeks, my wife and I decided it was time to call in a professional rather than continuing to troubleshoot on our own. We tried everything with no success, until Jason from Mice Hunters arrived. We gathered multiple quotes and recommendations, but Jason stood out as the most knowledgeable and practical in addressing the root of the problem. While other companies focused solely on baiting and trapping, Jason emphasized both prevention and removal, and explained his approach clearly and convincingly. I highly recommend Mice Hunters to anyone dealing with an active mouse issue or looking to prevent future rodent problems.

These guys did an absolutely outstanding job. They humanely got rid of mice inside the house and then completely sealed the house. We also needed some insulation in the attic which they were able to put in. We’ve not had any problem since, and it’s been several months. They did an outstanding job and we would recommend them with enthusiasm to anyone who needs a service like this.

Wow! I was so impressed by how Mice Hunters sealed my home from the outside and cleaned up the unfinished basement inside-- all the dirty imsulation and replaced it with new insulation! They hepa vacuumed the entire basement and the basement looks so clean like when the house was built in 1978. The basement smelled good- not musty anymore after they cleaned. Their customer service and actual work exceeded my expectations! I had no idea the unfinished basement could be so clean. Thank you Mice Hunters!

If you are having a rodent problem, CALL MICE HUNTERS! I discovered that mice were entering my home via the siding and knew that something had to be done immediately. I called this past Saturday (today is Jul 30th) and Bri was awesome to work with...I was scheduled THE SAME DAY! Jason came out and understood my panic.....he is awesome, and both Gabe and Dave came out just days later and sealed my home tight. They answered all of my questions and even removed a dead mouse from a trap in my basement. If you are looking for a SOLUTION and not just a band-aid fix....call this company. I was ready to sell my house over 5 mice trapped! Seriously!!!! What are you waiting for? Thank you Mice Hunters!!!!!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Mouse Hunters. We saw rats in our back yard who seemed to be finding ways into the bricks by our foundation. Cody was very knowledgeable - he clearly explained our options for dealing with the rats and answered all questions we had. He and the rest of the team were extremely easy to work with and provided superb quality services. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any mice or rat issues. Thanks!

This is by far the best company hands down I've ever worked with. From their initial visit, mouse proofing, and coming back when my contractors left a huge hole in our wall for them to enter, they we're knowledgeable, kind, hardworking, and most importantly did exactly what they said they'd do. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Quality work. Scheduling and the quality of work, I could not be happier. Cory and Bobby, explained their process every step of the way. Incredibly professional, not to mention how quick it was. From when I realized there was a mouse in my walls to them installing. Incredible. I’m sad to say I probably won’t see them again because my house is mouse proofed!!

I had Bats in my attic, I used Mice Hunters to seal up all the areas the bats were coming in at, and they set up extruders so the bats can leave but cant get back in. Overall very satisfied with the work and the cost was reasonable.

I am extremely glad that I called Mice Hunters to take care of my mice issue. I was contacted very quickly by the owner T Holland once I submitted a request to learn more. Shortly after, he came out to my house to explain how the process works and give a cost estimate. He explained everything thoroughly and was quite knowledgeable. It was interesting to learn about how mice can get in to the house via places you would not expect. Once I agreed to the quote, a crew was scheduled to come out fairly quickly. Bobby and the crew were extremely thorough in their work and did a great job. The 2 year warranty is reassuring though my issue seems to be completely resolved. I highly recommend.

We just bought a house and wouldn’t be occupying it for awhile. Believed with fall coming we needed to insure unwanted occupants didn’t happen. Called Mouse Hunters, they were quick and through. Cody walked us thru the entire process and we agreed a full sealing of the house was the way to go. Came out and completely sealed the house and we see zero evidence of unwanted occupants! They charged me $200+ for cleaning which just sprayed sanitizer on mouse drops, did not take them away. They charged me another $200+ to put some drug boxes inside of the house saying these baits can keep mouse away. They charged me $1,500 to seal the house with some medal chips. 2 weeks later, when we found mouse in our garage, (we do have weather stripped at the bottom of garage door) 1 half dead in the glue box I put, 1 ran away, and we called Mouse Hunters, they said: “Oh that’s outside of the house so out of our responsibility, you must didn’t read the contract through.” With these amount of $ spent, I am still living with the idea will there be mouse in my garage? And the life of putting glue box in the garage to catch mouse by myself and minding to not leave food open in the kitchen and dining room. Is it worth it? You tell me. *Correction: not medal chip, cheap aluminum sheets were what they used to seal my house.

Overpriced for the quality and execution. ~150ft costs $3300, half upon signing and the other after work is completed. Jason, who did the house visit, was nice and friendly. He showed a lot of knowledge about houses and mouse-proofing. However I asked specifically about their contracting/carpentry ability to handle fixes if they find any problems or issues around the exterior because I have an old house, and they confidently answered yes, "we're those guys". When they came to mouse-proof, over a month later, they claimed that a section of the lower siding was deteriorated, and told me to get it repaired before they could mouse-proof. While only about 3 feet was badly deteriorated, they decided not to mouse proof over 30 feet of my house. I asked if they had any contractors or carpenters that could help and they said no and had no recommendations. They instead took $200 off of the total (I paid $3300, so this was only 6%) and said that if they came back to complete the work, I would have to pay the $200 back. I had a siding specialist come out and they repaired AND mouse proofed the damaged siding for $800. They also re-caulked the windows and roof lining that had peeled off due to the cheap materials used by Mice Hunters. While the workers seemed nice and confident, after seeing their work and materials I believe $3300 is insanely overpriced. The cheap materials used (the silicone caulking peeled off and the home mixed concrete is low quality and was not applied evenly), false claims that they would remove previous Great Stuff, reseal, and seal the chimney (none of which was done), I cannot recommend this company and will not use them again. Edit: I spoke with Jason on the phone who apologized and said that he would get back to me after speaking to the manager and refund the portion that wasn’t done. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received any updates besides seeing this review response. I even texted Jason after he told me to reach out anytime, and he has not responded at all. The yellow jackets were located specifically in a corner of rotted wood (about 2 feet), your team neglected to work on 30 feet of the 150ft they were supposed to. You did in fact say that they could make repairs if issues came up and at the very least provide resources to fix it, which you did neither of. Your team also mentioned that they would follow up, which Jason was surprised didn’t happen, and they did not. Your team also neglected to complete several items on the contract, such as sealing/caulking the chimney areas. Regardless of the products you claim to use, if they are peeling off within a week, it’s either bad product or bad application. Dissatisfied with the outcome, false attempt to resolve the issue, and dismissal of the problem.

I used the service 10months ago. Since then have called them 2 more times but the problem still exists. The person who comes does not want to enter the attic and fix the problem. Always put some patches outside and just invalidates the issues owner try to explain. Paid lot of money to seal the house and would expect that atleast the problem gets fixed for an year. I am sorry but not happy with the service after paying so much money.
