Josh seemed unsure of whether or not I was scheduled for service & what services he should perform. I received a call from another technician saying he was on his way & explained Josh was already here. The other technician said he could call back & let me know what was going on, but did not call back.

Ive been having some pest issues Id been unable to remedy or locate the source of, and when Joshua came by yesterday he was able to not only locate the source of the issue, but went above and beyond in his role to handle the situation, investing extra time and attention while maintaining full transparency.
