Great staff both in the office & field. Shaun came out and did the 6 month inspection/application and was pleasant & respectful. I've used their service for over 2 years now, and have nothing but praise for the work ethic & quality of service provided.

So far it has been almost perfect! After 16 days, there are only a few dead ants. I have 't seen a live ant in days! Hope they are all gone within the next few days.

They Might be a good company for insect and pest control but not a good place for mice issues. We followed instructions to the letter and our mouse issue hasn’t even slowed down let alone been taken care of. We were still charged the full amount and still have the exact same problem as when they came. We called weeks later and said we still had a problem and we were told they were busy and that we would get a call back and that never came. I would not recommend this if you have a mouse or rodent issue at your home.

Everytime we have used this service the ants have completely stopped coming in our house. They do a fantastic job.

Very professional and responsive. I am dealing with a mouse issue in my attic. Did a thorough examination of my house to determine entry points. Offered suggestions to solve the issue. Place bait outside the house. Too early to tell if the problem has been solved, that is the only reason not giving a 5 star review
