I contracted them to spray our acreage for mosquitos and had a pretty much mosquito free summer. I'll use them again next year.
I have been its customer for 10 years in a row. It is very disappointing. There is a note on my property, indicating avoid my Vegetable bed and flowers. I met the tech, I reminded him about avoiding my vegetables bed and flowers again. Which is a common sense. What I saw from my camera was he literally sprayed on my vegetables. Which drove me nuts! They put my entire family at a risk of poisoning. If I did not see the image, I was planning to harvest those vegetables. The manager called me…
I realize there will be a counter explanation posted by the company after this review. But the facts are after years of great service and communication something has changed. And we are canceling with this company. Yes they do a good job. But in the last 2 weeks we’ve been rescheduled 4 times and they will of course blame us the customer. But the truth is the techs and/or the office haven’t bothered to just communicate with us when things happen. So we are going elsewhere for treatment.
