Didn't do much. Darius worked for a few minutes. Didn't touch the outside or basement. Didn't do closets, kitchen or bathrooms in a vacant house. He only got the living room and bedrooms. Pretty expensive for not much service. Also he did not give us 40 minutes notice he would be there. We have used orkin for 4 years now. The first couple years, they did a fantastic job - we had the same technician each time and he thoroughly addressed any new problems and prevented others. Within the past year or so, there has been a change where each time our house was serviced, there is a new technician - resulting in no consistency.
