Charris Green - did great job. Called ahead of showing up, text me when he arrived and was respectful of my time while here. He sprayed everything I asked him to spray and gave me advice on other areas that should be sprayed as well.

Abdiel came out and gave me 4 bait traps for the moth activity. Very courteous and prompt. Said he has seen these little moths before. Hopefully the traps can help solve the problem. Thank you for your quic response.

We signed up in November dealing with stink bugs and elderbox bugs. They do not give a window of time they’re going to show up, so if you can’t let them in for some reason you only get part of your service. They also at one point gave us an appointment that they did not show up for. So we call to end our service with them. No call no show is an absolute dealbreaker. They did not try to figure out why there was a no show, only told us that they would charge us the $250 termination fee. So here we are, still with the same bug problems, since their treatment didn’t get the numbers down at all and out an extra $250. I would not go with this company.

Never use this company, tell you one thing on the phone. Write another thing in the contract and then refuse to follow through with what they said on the phone. Instead they take money from me when I'm trying to bury my daughter. Horrible people. And the tech did a horrible job sprayed like two times in my house and then charged me $300

Do not trust. They pull money from your account every month, but they don't show up. They overcharge and sometimes double charge.

Opened a new two year contract with these people on 10/18/25 and the rep gave complete assurance they could come out today, Monday 10/20/25 between 5:30 and 6pm. Got a call today letting me know they could not honor their word and they would not be able to come out. I had already rearranged my evening to accommodate this only to find out what happened was essentially bait and switch to get the contract. I then got this text: Hello, this is Ethan with Fox Pest Control. I apologize for the inconvenience but we will be unable to honor a 5:30 time slot for today. If you wish to cancel your contract I can make a note to get that processed and any charges that may have been made reversed, or I can get you scheduled on a Saturday during our service hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm. I’m sorry for the mixup but during our fall and winter seasons we don’t have an approved service window for that time slot. To which I responded with this: If you can’t keep your word now i have zero confidence you will be able to in the future. Refund all charges and cancel the contract. It’s mind numbing to me that you would literally throw a two year contract and ongoing business away over this. I manage 20 people and if any of my employees make a promise then we honor it, period, then talk through how we don’t make the same mistake again. That your company would literally throw business away and not follow-through on your words speaks volumes. Any company that employs a bait and switch tactic like this, will not keep their word, and would rather throw a customer away because they refuse to actually follow-through with what they say, like I said in my response above speaks volumes about who they are and how much integrity they have a company. Would never recommend these guys, strongly suggest looking elsewhere with a more reputable business.

I would never use this Company! Horrible Service! On the week of August 18th COLTON JOYCE solicited my house for service. I told him I would think about it and let him know within a day of my decision. I reached out to COLTON JOYCE letting him know I was not interested via a text and phone conversation on August 20th, 2025. He said he understood and would make sure I wouldn't receive any service. COLTON JOYCE, did not rely the message to anyone else. So unethical and unprofessional! Do not do business with this guy! FOX Pest Control came to my house to preform service on September 30th. This was not authorized. I also texted COLTON JOYCE numerous times with zero response! I've called the office 3 times to verify that they know I never wanted their service! Do not waste your time! I've submitted a picture of my text messages to COLTON JOYCE below as proof! He never responded of course!

My experience with Fox Pest Control was not good. The technician at times was unprofessional and rude, and after four visits without resolution, not trained properly and/or knowledgeable enough. Our problem was a yellow jacket nest and as opposed to injecting the nest (done by a second source who resolved the problem in a single visit) they sprayed the area with commercial products, as I initially was doing. Would not recommend this company.

Although this business has an A+ through the BBB, I failed to do my own research. I called about a yellow jacket problem and Fox came out three times. Finally trim was pulled away from the site by my husband, who sprayed too. Fox came out and "dusted" the affected area. No resolution yet. Do your research first.

DONT TRUST THE DOOR TO DOOR SALESMEN We were tricked into thinking it was a $55 trial and that it would be a one time thing or if we liked how things went we could start a membership and then a new guy came to do it a few weeks ago stating what happened and that he would talk to someone and get it cancelled but it never got canceled and are trying to charge us now after they scheduled an appointment we never wanted and thought was canceled and no one was home to stop them

Technicians clogged my shop vac with the insulation they say is infested with mice droppings and is part of this sanitation process. They left attic insulation all over the floor which we cleaned up. Neither of them could answer my questions as to what part of the process they were doing and because they came after 3 o’clock they kept referencing the crunch for time.

Did not finish the job. First asked me for duct tape for his broken tool. Then spent time looking for a part that fell from his sprayer - could not complete the job - only part of the hornet nest was removed, the bees are still swarming around 24 hrs later. The technician was supposed to come back the following morning - never showed up. Apparently marked my account as "job completed" and I was charged $50 above the price stated in the contract! I Have been on the phone all day following that visit, still waiting for the technician - no technician as of late afternoon!!!
