I had John attended the spider web treatment. John was very engaged with the process from start to finish. He enquired about the concern and made sure that the concerns are addressed. He also provided additional suggestions to best avoid the spider problems.

Horrible service! I was throughly disappointed in my visit. First he called 15 minutes prior to arrival- thankfully I was home. Then he used a duster to apply powder. I questioned the upper windows and he lied to me saying he had an extended wand. He half heartedly treated my windows - never the uppers - skipping many. Then he applied the treatment to the mulch no where near my house and into locations - not even locations that are an issue. What he did not know was I have cameras all around my home and I watched his very poor performance. Dissatisfaction does not cover my reaction I refuse to pay for this service. It was a joke

I had a infestation and called them they came great sprayed down beds just beds themselves didn’t work the first time called them up again they came again sprayed again and once again didn’t work tried to schedule again and I have to pay a whole new service not to add on that they come at whatever time they want it’s rare to schedule an appointment because they just say they will call an hour ahead and sometimes we had to call them to remind them to call us and if they cancel they won’t tell you probably Until you call them so In short words don’t come here even if your infestation problem doesn’t end by the second time they go to your home sucks because by the third time you call you’ll have to pay 1,000+ again for a new service my infestation problem is still going on and they won’t come again and I’m still paying payments for an infestation I still have going on unbelievable!

Was billed for a service that wasn't performed tech says he was here from 11-12:17 pm on 9/11/2025, I was home as was my wife (as we are retired) and we saw or heard no-one, my dogs didn't alert either Also none of my cameras picked him up at that time frame. I was in backyard cutting down a tree There are spider webs all over my front porch including one around the camera on the doorbell, when we called and spoke to Gavin to cancel the services he stated he would refund the payment only if we stayed with them which I refused I am not paying for services I don't receive he then proceeded to hang up on us. The photos below are just of my front porch area, the last one the spider is in its corner alive! here are the techs notes Service Notes: Hello Nancy today I serviced your home on the exterior perimeter What I saw: light spider activity light webs around your home What I did: I treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid barrier treatment to decrease insect activity I placed a dry insecticide bait into the mulch for extra protection I treated all visible webs around your home I also treated cracks and crevices around your home What to expect: expect light activity as insects will try to evacuate away from insecticide expect to see a few dead bugs around as insecticides will make it hard for them to survive What I recommend: no recommendations at this time Thank you for choosing fox pest control if you have any questions or concerns please contact Fox Pest Control thank you for your business and have a great day see you next visit your pest technician Taz a link will be sent to you shortly rate my service today a 9 or 10 would be appreciated thank you As you can plainly see he did not perform what he said because he wasn't even HERE!!! Services have hopefully been canceled i do not recommend them at all something has changed with them we had been with them for 5 yrs but service has been in decline for awhile now I rate as 1 star but if I could it would be zero. cannot rate this person or this company anymore added more photos of backyard unreal and these didn't show up overnight

Fox Pest was great INITIALLY. Over the last year there has been no follow up to our pest issues with promises of managers coming out to assess and help resolve our problems and no one shows up. A couple techs came for 2 minutes, threw granules sporadically and left. No thank you, Fox Pest.

I have been using this pest control company for 2 months to address a cockroach problem in my rental property. Despite the house being completely empty (no tenants, no furniture), the issue still persists. Their treatments have been ineffective, and it’s clear their technicians lack proper training and professionalism. I specifically requested at least one hour’s notice before any visit, as I live far from the property. Instead, the technician texted me just 5 minutes before arriving, and when I couldn’t get there immediately, he didn’t bother calling to check, he simply left. After two months of wasted time and money, the problem remains. This company has shown poor communication, unprofessional conduct, and no results. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The tech can in on the phone and he refuse to change the traps that had roaches in them stating that they don't change out the traps and that they look fine with all of them have roaches in them. He also stated that the spray that he use if strong enough that there is no need for the traps. If that was the case then why are there roaches in the trips and why do I have to call to have in-between service.

The technician was great, however their "service" is really bad. They only come out every 3 months which is not good if you're trying to get rid of a mouse problem. Much easier to just do it yourself, so it's not worth the money in my opinion.

Called them out to get rid of wasps that we had. The first person that came out was pleasant, but did not get rid of the wasps. They were supposed to come back out immediately per their guarantee, but they told us we had to wait approximately 10 days for availability. Said day then arrives and the technician called and claimed he could not arrive due to rain. It was 85 and sunny with no clouds in the sky. We called their phone number for the company and they played dumb and said that they should still be coming. They still have yet to come out and now are claiming my husband signed a contract that will cost $200 to get out of. They also just charged us another $45 on top of the original $145 and we still have wasps.

I been a customer with fox for over 3 years and was satisfied with their customer service until now! On November 29th they had came and installed some large traps in my sod for termites. When they called me days before to sell me this extra service they never explained to me that it was traps that were going to be in the ground, I assumed it was spray just like the other service I get for spiders and bugs. Also I was never told that it was a subscription and that I would be billed every month 29.99 for this service. When the representative sold me the service they told me there was a fee of $375 which I understood that was a one time fee for a yearly service, it was never mentioned or explained that there was a monthly subscription fee. I called and spoke with a manager several times and all I was given is the run around and that they would look into it and call me back. Of course I never did get a call back!! So I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I had never signed electronically or in person any contract and they provided my credit card company with a signed contract that fox is saying I signed, which I never did!! THIS IS FRAUD! and I will be going to the attorney general and filing a complaint!!
