EcoGuard has been taking care of us for about a year now and we are very satisfied customers. Reece is our regular guy and we always request him and adhere to his schedule so that we get him. He’s very knowledgeable, respectful, and communicates the process from start to finish. We will be customers for as long as we are in the area. Thanks Reece and team!

At the time of this review I am not happy with the service they are providing. They have done very little to rid my house of the rodents that got in thru the rotten board. They are coming back out next week if service improves I certainly will made another review.

I had Alex come from ecoguard out on April 8th and I wish I could give them 5 stars but my ants are worse. I will be calling them to come back out. UPDATE: it took 3 times out to fix the problem but, I will give them credit in the end the problem was resolved. I would give them 4 stars because they were great about coming back. Customer service was good.

Spoke to Pete the day before he came out. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Very professional, informative and honest. Definitely thankful for Ecoguard and Pete! Will be my go to forever.

First I called yesterday, on Memorial Day, and was surprised when they called me back on a holiday. They were able to come out this afternoon, a day later, and confirmed my suspicions that we had carpenter ants. I had been seeing very small sawdust like material under my family room window for the past month and every time I wiped it up it came back. Pete told me it was carpenter ant frass and he was able to treat my home today. He checked out the basement and the exterior and sprayed all areas. He also noted some mouse droppings in out unfinished basement and set up a couple of exterior traps to address that issue as well. Pete was courteous, professional, personable and I believe I have a good service to address these issues. If all goes well, after 25 days the frass should be gone along with the carpenter ants.

Mouse problems. They came on time and explained what they do. They were professional and polite. They treated our mouse problems and we're responsive to any concerns we had.

I use this service annually. We get ants and flies in the summer, but since using EcoGuard that is no longer an issue. I highly recommend this company!

Alex was great! He is super knowledgeable and gave us options and ideas. Instead of selling the highest price, he explained what each package would help with and costs. He did not pressure us. I will call them again. I am confident he will resolve our problem. Thanks Alex a/k/a Peter!

Reached out to EcoGuard around September '21 for a rodent problem. They called immediately to schedule an estimate. The service was done on the same day of the estimate, which was convenient. Reece politely answered all of my questions before proceeding with the service. There were a few dead mice within the first week after the bait stations were set up (as expected while the mice poison worked its magic), and the last dead rodent I came across was at around the 1-month follow-up (sort of a lone fluke as I had no dead mice turn up during weeks 2-3). No mice since. I did opt for the quarterly bait station refill. I am satisfied with the results so far and am curious to see what happens once the warmer weather rolls around. I have never used pest control services before this, so I can't really attest to whether the service was expensive or not, comparatively speaking. But I know the difference between effective service and hearing little mice scratches on your walls in the middle of the night, so I'll happily pay for that peace of mind. They offered a discount for the initial service if I posted an honest review on Google. Even though it's been a few months without a review, they still honored the discount. I wanted to wait a little to see how everything was going before posting my review. They also offered a discount for the bait station refills since it's a continuing service for my household. Please ask about discounts - it couldn't hurt!

Alex is a very nice young man! Very polite, very knowledgeable, very thorough and very professional! I would definitely recommend him!

We called about a mice issue and the next morning at 8:30, Alex came out to inspect our property. He educated us, walked us through what the process for service would look like this same day and moving forward. We appreciated his level of service.
