Technician Martae was prompt thorough and very sweet. Much appreciated his kindness!

I have used Four Seasons for many years in Monmouth, Lake Warren and now Galesburg. They have always done a great job. Today, Martae was the technician and he greeted us with a smile, introduced himself and then did our yearly spray that we have done. He did an excellent job and then left with a smile too. I would highly recommend this company for the services they provide. The person that scheduled us was a very nice lady and did an excellent job also.

The people at Four Seasons are great! Anytime I've had an issue, they have been fast and courteous. I started using them for the seasonal bug spray and there was a significant difference in the number of pests I saw from the year prior. Especially when I added an indoor sweep for the first visit. They also came out the same day when I found evidence of mice and got me set up. Very helpful and placed plenty around the house and let me know how it all will work. They've been great to work with and have an easy online portal for payments. I would highly recommend them for your pest control needs!

Bugs are gone. Lots of dead BUGS .

Had an appointment to have my house sprayed. After an hour of waiting I called and the girl who answered said the technician that was scheduled to spray my house would be gone the next two days. No one called to tell me my appointment couldn't be kept and the girl acted like it was no big deal that she didn't call to let me know. Awful customer service!

Posting for a friend as she does not do social media. Been a customer for years, today when I called I was very unsatisfied with customer service who answered the phone. I feel like she was overwhelmed and can't handle scheduling in a timely fashion. Didn't have an answer as to why we had no monthly service last month. She did not like being questioned. She was extremely rude and she threatened to cancel my service.

Information, with truth. That team is doing the task. I've been a customer for more then 5 years. You tell them the truth. Of the type of bugs and locations, they will help you.

Worst ever. Won't have them on my property ever again. Tech walked around spraying like it was air freshener. Not worth the money.
