Took us to collections before we even got the bill. Seems to be their way of doing business. Will definitely us someone else.

As we loss 30% to the collection agency, we always attempt to contact the customer multiple times before collections. This service was on Mar. 8, 2023 and not sent to collections until Oct. 25, 2024, giving the customer over a year and a half to pay. We always regret sending anyone to collection.

I have always been happy with your services until recently. I got back in on the quarterly services this time last year. I never got the courtesy call as a reminder for the 2nd quarter. The gal was very nice when I called and said yes, I remember you set it up so we will get it going at the quarterly price again. Yet again, did not receive a courtesy reminder for the 3rd quarter. Called to see when they would be back around again and was told it’s the customers responsibility to call each quarter. I understand that things happen and balls get dropped but as a business owner myself, if I drop the ball with calling customers for a reminder I absolutely do not charge them the full cost as if they start over. It’s a shame because fortunately there are many other companies such as your own out there to do business with such as mine which is why I do what I can to keep my customers happy. Your guys were always beyond friendly and did a phenomenal job.

The quarterly service needs to be done 4 times a year in order to keep the quarterly price. Since 2020, this quarterly service has only been done 3 times in total. It is the customers responsibility to schedule their service. The courtesy call is just that, a courtesy. We regret this misunderstanding but, we need to adhere to the program's guideline and treat everyone equally.

My experiences are always great with Allied. I have a question for John Phillips. Did your tenant let Allied know that you had to be contacted? I would think the fault belongs with your tenant, not Allied. I would imagine that the extra dollars are for the paperwork needed to contract with the collection agency.

Allied contacted a tenant , performed work without contacting me or getting my permission. They turned bill into collecting agency. $100 for something that typically cost $40

I had a rental with roaches so bad others wouldnt touch it. These guys came in and exterminated them no problem. I now have them for general spraying. Very friendly and family orientated. Highly recommended. ***** 5 STARS
