Sucks. If I could rate 0 stars I would since they did 0 work! Called multiple times just to try and get someone out to cut trees for my mom's house. First time the guy never showed or called after waiting for him, called back the next week and he doesn't work there anymore? They said they would send the manager out in 45 minutes, never heard back from them again!? This was a month in the making. You should never have to chase down and beg people to take your money, unprofessional.

Shockingly poor customer service. Placed a deposit for tree removal, but took them weeks to return my call regarding scheduling removal. Never gave me an exact date and then showed up at 7am a couple weeks later without a heads up. Didn’t tell me they wouldn’t be taking away the tree that day after cutting it down. Didn’t return my call. Showed up the next day at 6:40AM to do the work and my neighbor had to get up and move her car. Wish I could give less than one star.
