Chad performed my by weekly cedar oil treatment throughout the yard as a natural insect fetter ant and repellent. It leaves a sensationally non toxic pleasant mist of cedar in the yard. And best of all, it works! Chad is passionate about his work and has been supporting me with his personal service for several years.

Rodrigo is very dependable always on time and very careful about how he goes about spraying all around my house. Wonderful job highly recommended.

Excellent service

As a result of a wet spring and a hot, humid summer, our usually beautiful yard turned into a jungle this year. We contacted the folks at Greenwise and they immediately came to our rescue. Within no time, we found their communications to be a blessing in punctuality, detail and collaboration. They really walked us through a step by step description of work to be done after their representive walked the yard with my husband who pointed our our concerns, and the rep presented him with options to remedy our overwhelming situation. Yesterday, a crew of courteous and obviously experienced young fellows showed up bright and early and got right to work on our project. They worked diligently non stop for several hours and at the end of it all, we were truly astonished at the terrific job they performed and the absolutely beautiful transformation our yard underwent. Greenwise has surpassed our expectations in every way, communicating with clarity, promptness and expertise, and we enthusiasticly recommend them. We are so grateful to have found them.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the work that Greenwise did for me. I look around the yard and I can't see anything that needs doing! All the complex garden areas are all properly attended to and as I wanted them done as if I had done them myself. The guys were great to work with and very relaxed and very mellow. Yhey knew exactly what they were doing. They pulled all of the violets but left the glorious Jack in the Pulpits and I didn't even mention it to them. They did it on their own! I was trusting that they would do that otherwise I would never let them even begin to touch that bed. The bushes were trimmed way more detail than I was expecting and all the dead wood taken out and done so quickly. The yard was cleaned up so I didn't even know that that anyone had been here. Everywhere I look the garden is how I want it to be and I didn't do any of it. And it was done in little over 3 hours. I cannot tell you how pleased I am. My garden has many areas and rather relaxed form of gardening and requires a certain view, which you guys exactly have. I don't know how to express my gratitude and look forward to what I hope will be a long and continually successful relationship. And of course now that that's all done, I can see other little touch items that we could do to improve it further! Again many thanks for doing it so well and so quickly and with such great cooperative spirit!

Services to repair a small walkway they repaired was overpriced and delayed with poor communication about scheduling. That happens, but then when they sent the bill, I saw that they tacked on a $21 fee because for gas, which wasn't part of the contract (and I am local!). The increase in cost was just enough to put the bill over $400. I did reach out with my complaint about the additional cost, and with that realized they valued my business less then I had valued supporting a local business. I won't use them again. I am sure they don't care.

I've been using Greenwise for a few years for landscaping design and installation as part of an ongoing project to improve my garden and switch everything to native plants. I continue to be incredibly happy with their work!! The designs are beautiful on paper and even better in person, the work is always exceptionally high quality and every detail is finished perfectly, and the plants are beautiful and healthy! I highly recommend them.

Never showed up, never called back. Waste of time just trying to get a quote Edit: Well then you guys removed my information or spelled my last name wrong. But if was 100% you and Gannon was supposed to quote come but never did. Thanks anyway Edit Edit: Just called and my name/information is in the system and pulled up right away. So either you didn't look it up and lied about that or just flat out lied to look good in a review reply. Either way, I'll just leave the information here so other consumers can be fully informed.

I booked a meeting with designer on 5/4 after seeing the great reviews. It's been 4 weeks and he never got back to me. I called 2x and was told each time I'd hear back. Felt it important to write an honest review in case some of those high reviews are not authentic. Beware. I should add the designer visited. my place on 5/4, we talked thru design of 2 places and he gave ball park estimate and mentioned June timeframe. In response to reply below, I already called trying to track down the design, so why would I call again. If you were serious, you would call me!

I had a great experience with Greenwise! They came out for a consultation and understood what we wanted with our back yard immediately. They handled all the permitting and really made the process as simple and streamlined as possible. Our yard looks incredible, they redid our brick patio and cleaned up all of our garden beds so we'll be prepared to plant in the spring. Communication was great through the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I like to leave reviews at the end of the season so I can really attest to the durability and overall aging of the work. Our family had two separate services completed by Greenwise so I will comment on those separately: Firstly, we noticed we were getting a lot of wildlife (including a deer family) crossing through our front yard which made all our landscaping cascade into the alley. I contacted Greenwise for their custom landscaping design services to see what we can do to better guide the wildlife around our yard instead of through it. I had the idea of a short stone retaining wall that would keep the landscaping from tumbling into the alley. Heather from Greenwise came out and spent a good amount of time hearing my concerns and offering up solutions. She was very thorough, kind, and educated on the matter. Overall, Heather went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate it. The Greenwise team that came out to complete the job worked safely and efficiently. They kept everything neat and were cautious to not negatively affect the surrounding landscaping while they worked. The stone wall came out looking fantastic and the replacement tree is one of my favorites now. I would highly recommend Heather and Greenwise for any custom landscaping services. The second service we contacted Greenwise for was for lawn care mowing and maintenance. Marco came out to survey our front and back yard and explained the details of the services they could provide. He, too, was very kind and did not push any unnecessary additional services on us. The Greenwise team have been coming once a week every week to maintain our yards and they always do a very nice job. We also added on their natural weed control protocol and I think it has made a noticeable improvement in our lawn. I do wish our house could be serviced on a later day in the week, though I understand how with existing scheduling, it is not always possible. Nevertheless, I would also highly recommend Greenwise for their lawn care and maintenance services and look forward to using them again next year. A big thank you to the Greenwise team!

Horrible service, and extremely unprofessional management. They charge premium prices and offer the absolute worst service/landscaping. Honestly shocked at how terribly this company has handled our landscaping this year. We will never be using them again.

I keep using Greenwise for both my landscaping and snow removal. They do a great job for both. Brian is quite responsive to any questions I have about my landscaping. He comes and checks out my landscaping when I want to talk about changes to it. The snow crews follow the instructions in my contract about where to place the shoveled snow. They also follow instructions about what areas to shovel. I am very satisfied with both services.

The worst experience, they resoded my grass in May. It is brown and dead, and almost popping up from the ground. I watered and provided the care exactly as instructed, and when I called to voice my concerns about how bad it looked, I was told this was normal, there was nothing they could do about it, and it will look better next year. I wish I had been told that before I paid for a lawn that looks far worse than what I had before.

Great people. Very helpful. They listen to the customer and pay attention to all of the details. We received rave reviews from MANY of our neighbors on the final result. I highly recommend them.
