Poor customer service Beware Deceptive Practices and Poor Customer Service Review: My recent encounter with Andy's customer service left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From the very beginning, it was clear that their priority was not customer satisfaction, but rather making sales at any cost. I initially purchased a product from Andy, having been promised that it would be delivered on a specific day. To ensure timely delivery, I paid a higher price than I could have found elsewhere. However, this turned out to be a costly mistake. As the promised delivery date approached, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my purchase. When I contacted Andy's customer service for an update, they simply brushed me off and provided no satisfactory explanation for the delay. Adding insult to injury, when I asked for the tracking number, Andy claimed that they didn't have it yet. It wasn't until the third day that they finally provided a tracking number and admitted that the product had already been sent to the courier. This deception and lack of transparency only added to my frustration. Andy's deceptive practices and poor customer service are completely unacceptable. They deliberately misled customers, like myself, into purchasing products at inflated prices by making false promises about delivery times. This not only wasted my time but also forced me to spend more money unnecessarily. I strongly caution potential customers against doing business with Andy. Their dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction are evident in every interaction. It is essential to support companies that prioritize transparency and genuine care for their customers. Unfortunately, Andy falls short on both fronts. I hope my review serves as a warning to others and prompts Andy to reevaluate their business practices. No customer should have to endure such a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The Most Horrible Products Ever, and More Harmful than Effective. Why would any Company Manufacture Products to Scare and Exterminate all BIRDS, including Deer, Small Dogs, and other Wild Life Animals Entering Small Residential City Areas. I Strongly Believe that Most Residential Neighbourhood have Some Bird Friendly Accessories in their Back Yards, and Appreciate the Harmony, Joy, and Peaceful Tranquility, that All "Nature Birds" Bring to THEM. I Oppose and Urge that You Take a Good Look at the Harmful Effects and Scare Upon BIRDS, and Remove All the SOLAR YARD GARD HARMFUL PRODUCTS.

I have known Tim Coughlin for years, he is great and knowledgeable about all things regarding Bird Abatement!

Poor customer service, call their phone number it goes to busy signal I got no response from email. Cant recommend when they dont answer their phone number .
