I would not recommend Orkin at all for bat issues. To begin, they just use fear tactics to scare you into excessive and unnecessary work. They try to sell you on the dangers of bat droppings to your health then every employee showed up with absolutely no personal protective equipment even to crawl around in an attic they claimed was full of bats and droppings. Called to schedule an appointment on Friday 7/18 and was told someone from my local office would be calling to set up an appointment. Dylan, the service rep took all of my information and set up a profile for me. I explained to him that we have bagworms in some shrubbery and he said that they were getting lots of calls about them and they seemed to be popular right now. I never received a call so I called today 7/21 and was told that bagworms are not an issue they treat and that they also don’t

We had termite treatment and a dry zone in our crawl space put in. The sales guy Tim Reid told us the termite treatment was good for life and if we ever dug around where it was applied to call them they would do a spot treatment for free. A few years later we had to dig for electric reasons and found out he lied to us they wont come out and reapply without charging us to do so. Apparently the agreement we signed on Tim's Orkin tablet they do not have that agreement. If i could give them 0 stars
