I would not recommend reaching out to First Strike Termite & Pest Control, as they take action and require payment without actually getting confirmation to do the services. We had reached out to First Strike to inquire about their availability of a termite inspection for a house we are purchasing. Their response back was "We don't know, we'll have to get back to you", and took down my wife's email address to reach back out to her. At this point, everything was fine, because we understand that especially in the start of summer, fitting in extra inspections can be difficult. With us being on a tight deadline we decided to reach out to a different company, who was able to fit in an inspection. Fast forward to today, when First Strike called my wife and said we owed them money for an inspection that we had not approved and that we did not know was happening. Evidently they had taken down her email incorrectly and emailed that incorrect address with information about the termite inspection. Then, without getting confirmation from us that we in fact needed and still wanted the procedure, they went ahead and did the inspection, and then called to collect on the bill - even threatening to put a lien on the house if we didn't pay for a service we never agreed to. In the end, they "graciously" agreed to cut the bill in half, but the damage had already been done. I can't say for certain if their quality of work is good, but the customer service and professionalism is severely lacking.

I would highly recommend First Strike. Rates are very reasonable and they do a thorough job. They did my termite inspection when I bought my house so I called them again when I had an ant issue as the weather got warm. They booked me very quickly and the tech that provided the service was fantastic. He helped to look for the source of the problem (and was even super kind and brought in a heavy package i had delivered for me while he was here). You can tell they care about their customers and go above and beyond!

Although I was unable to meet my inspector, the report I received for a termite inspection for my new house, was detailed & straight forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting pest control work done. The lady answering phones was so nice! Thank you for your great service!
