This is our first year using Mosquito Joe. We're 100% satisfied with the service. Our technician Arpesh is extremely professional. Every time he comes to perform the spraying service he introduces himself, asks how the service is performing, and inquires about any plants/areas not to spray. In the past, we have had other companies that did not spray our entire property and we would have to call them to come back. Mosquito Joe's team is professional and always delivers a thorough service! Thanks for everything Arpesh!

Got absolutely treated by a technician yesterday as he serviced a property next to me. It's always a good sign when you taste something nasty in the air -- look up -- and some guy in an indsutrial respirator is spraying chemicals out a leaf blower, not twenty feet away, careless of how the wind is blowing. 0/10 would recommend (why does my throat still hurt?)

The chemicals we used are synthetic and are derived from the Chrysanthemum flower. You'll find these types of synthetic chemicals in items like household insecticides and pet shampoos. Poor service by the tech they said that everything gets spray not true 😕 we call in to the office to let them know second time same thing. also we had get together with family on the weekend mosquitos 🦟 everywhere it doesn't work like they said

Paid for all 8 mosquito treatments for the year on 4/11/2023. 5/9/23 5/30/23 6/19/23 7/10/23 7/31/23 (happened on 8/4/23) 8/29/23 9/20/23 10/9/23 (canceled) Received a text the day of the last one and said they were done for the season and they wouldn't do the last one. When I contacted them about the last treatment, they said they would carry over the credit to the next year. I said I'd rather have the credit card refunded. 21 days later and no contact from them (and no credit back) Effectiveness of the treatment: Not too bad. The idea was for them to last 21 days. I'd say by day 18 the biting was bad enough to be annoying at dusk.

Made it possible for my family to be outside from Spring until now with little to no concerns of being eaten alive by mosquitoes. If there ever was an issue, they were willing to come out and take care of it.
